Chanté provided excellent customer service. I had an issue with my FedEx delivery, and she took care of the issue. She was very kind, patient and knowledgeable. I really appreciate when you contact customer service and interact with a representative that actually care to help resolve the issue and not just rush you off the phone.

I recently placed an order and unfortunately the perfume box arrived damaged. However, the customer service experience was excellent. Martina from BYREDO support was very helpful, responded quickly, and handled the situation in a very professional and friendly way.
Even though the issue with the packaging was disappointing at first, Martina made the process easy and resolved everything smoothly. I really appreciate the support and the way the situation was handled.

J’espère que vous n’avez pas de retour à faire avec eux.
J’ai commandé trois parfums en ligne et décidé d’en retourner un. Parcours du combattant l’étiquette de retour n’est pas reconnue dans les consignes UPS j’ai du payer une collecte UPS de mon domicile.
Évitez à tout prix les commandes en ligne avec eux déplacez vous en magasin car le retour de ne sera pas possible en magasin.
Plus jamais avec eux tout court ça a gâché même l’envie du parfum.

15 Days After “Processed” Replacement: Complete Silence from Byredo
Ordered Suede hand lotion on Feb 21. It arrived with a physically snapped pump — completely unusable.
After multiple follow-ups and photos, Byredo confirmed on March 12 that replacement order 5027897172 was “processed.”
It is now March 27 — 15 days later — and I have received zero tracking, zero shipment, and zero reply.
For a luxury brand charging luxury prices, this level of incompetence and disregard for customers is embarrassing. A simple $70 defect turned into a month-long nightmare.
Used to love Byredo. This experience has completely killed my trust. Think twice before ordering.
