Absolutely terrible company
Absolutely terrible company, have tried to cancel subscription multiple times - the links fail, they don’t respond to emails, and keep taking money from you. Do not buy from them.

Great Product
I stumbled across Bymit after a Google search for "cat cardboard scratchers". The products they offer are great, very aesthetically pleasing. I have 2x ragdolls who love their cardboard scratchers & also love to lounge in them. These scratchers are lovely, delivered promptly & I feel they were fairly good value for money. I really like that there are insert replacements too. I'll definitely continue to purchase.

BYMiT are disreputable, dishonest and unhelpful
This is the second review I have written for this company. The issues are exactly the same.
I had cancelled my subscription, and received an email from them confirming I had done so.
After this, BYMit deducted £34.48 from my bank account for the cancelled subscription.
I phoned my bank, complained, they raised an incident and I received my refund from the bank. They blocked my card, and issued me with a new one.
I wrote my first TrustPilot review. BYMit's response was that I must have a second account and another email address. I do not, and told them so in an email, for which I received no response from them.
Annoyingly, this month, they have once again deducted £34.48 from my bank account.
How many times will BYMit continue to deduct money from my bank account for a product I no longer subscribe to and not received?
BYMit should not be trading. They are dishonest and unhelpful.

As we explained by email, we've checked internally and confirmed there are NO payment made after the refund was issued on 10:54am 3 April.
We also declare that the team DID NOT response that you must have a second account, our staff was just trying to help and asking if there has any possibility that you may have any other active subscription with us and we did not hear from you still.
As we've asked for many times from the email communication, please kindly provide any proof or screenshot or any bank statement to indicate these duplicate charges under the name of SP*BYMIT.CO.UK if you state the charges are from us.

They sell expired cat food without making it clear
Be aware of this company as they sell out of date cat food which is not clearly stated.
When I saw the item on Google, it automatically redirected me to their site and so I didn't select the size of the food. That's why I did not notice that they had put an expiry date for the 1.25kg which I bought. After receiving the package and realising that the food had expired 2 months before I contacted the company for a refund but they very unhelpful and didn't accept the return.
Please double check what you are buying with this company and its expiry date in order to avoid any disappointment.
