The Loftie customer service team was incredibly friendly and professional, and were quick to get my concern resolved. This was one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had in recent memory.

I was SO excited to receive my Loftie, I ordered it in Canada and waited for it to arrive.
When it did, I set it up and used it but noticed that it was a little buggy and kept needing to be restarted and the sound quality of the speaker was pretty crackly. Overall I was like ‘maybe not worth $200’ and completed the return request. When I went to go mail it back, it was going to cost me $50 just to send it back (Canada Post shipping cost plus an atrocious amount of tariff). So I didn’t end up sending it back and figured I would try to sell it, and thought it was just going to be a very expensive lesson. I did speak with customer service and they were able to provide me with a refund for the amount I paid, which is an incredible thing for a small company to do. I’m so thankful. I ended up gifting the clock to my sister, but if the app/clock connection bug issues get fixed and the clock is better to use, I would purchase again. And I’d really love to try the loftie lamp because those are both beautiful and probably a lovely way to be woken up in the mornings!
5 stars for customer service!

I ordered a Loftie Clock and Lamp because their website clearly showed both items were in stock. After waiting nearly two weeks, I was informed that they were actually out of stock. Loftie themselves admitted the stock information on their website was incorrect and apologized.

I then had to request a cancellation and refund. Although Loftie refunded the amount in EUR, I still received less money back in NOK because of PayPal's currency conversion. Despite this, they refused to compensate the difference or take responsibility for the loss, leaving me out of pocket.

To make things even worse, I couldn't even find a way to filter or easily view 1-star reviews on their website, which didn't inspire confidence in the transparency of the reviews they display.

This was one of the worst online shopping experiences I've had. Incorrect stock information, long delays, poor customer service, and a refund that still left me losing money.

I would never buy from Loftie again, and I cannot recommend this company.

I bought the Loftie clock but did not suit my needs. I contacted the company to return it and it was a very simple process. I am in Ireland and during the return shipping the courier lost my package. Joymaeh in Loftie was wonderful, checking in with me and working to resolve the issue at their end. It took a full month and Joymaeh was great throughout. Thanks you.

I honestly didn't expect an alarm clock to make such a difference, but the Loftie has become one of my favorite purchases.

The first thing I noticed was how beautiful it is. It's so minimalistic, feels really well made, and somehow makes my bedside table feel calmer. I love that it doesn't scream for attention like a phone or smart display.

The Loftie has been great for me! I’m trying to reduce my screen time so I wanted an alarm clock with manual features. However, I loved the perk of being able to adjust, turn off, or access the Loftie via the app.

The noise machine is one of my favorite parts, along with the slow wake up alarm. It’s nice to use some of the breathing exercises but I don’t use them as much as I thought. Sometimes the sound machine will buffer slightly but not often and not enough to be a problem.

Overall, I’ve loved transitioning away from my phone alarm and using the Loftie. Changed my sleep for the better

I was accidentally charged each month for a subscription which I didn’t realize I had opted for. I gifted my husband the alarm clock for Christmas, hadn’t noticed the charges until July. I sent a quick email with screen shots of the charges. I received a message back within hours, and full refunds by the next day with no questions asked—That is how you do good business. Well done!
