I was surprised by how quickly my email to customer service was answered. And by the friendly and sympathetic tone which you dont always get from customer service representatives. Grace also provided some very useful and practical tips to solve the problem of the missing package, one of which worked.
Extremely pleased with the level of service.

I have been trying to get in touch with Loftie for a long time now. I submitted a return request through their website and sent them multiple messages, but I still haven't heard anything back after waiting a long time.

My Loftie alarm clock abruptly stopped working. I following the remediation steps to no avail. The clock would not turn on at all. I tried different outlets, configurations for charging and let it sit in a confirmed "live" outlet for 3 days and nothing. So I followed the steps to schedule a google call with the customer service reps and they didn't have the courtesy to show. They further wasted my time then follwed up thier no show with a "sorry we missed you " email asking me to send them a video of my clock not working at all. GENIOUS. I will be sure to further waste my time with an lousy product and lousy customer service experience by recording a blank alarm clock. NO THANK YOU. For all you considering......HARD PASS.

Loftie has helped me break the cycle!

After years of going to bed with phone in-hand, scrolling without even knowing what I was looking at, and reflexively grabbing the phone on my bedside table at all hours of the night, I have finally taken back a bit of control!

Because of Loftie, the phone is no longer in my bedroom AT ALL at night. I use Loftie's Bed Signal and “Wind Down” sequencing to alert me to the time to put the phone down, turn off the computer and really start to wind down with intent.

To be honest, it hasn’t been an overnight success. It took me a while to stop instinctively looking for the phone whenever I would wake up in the middle of the night. Early on in my days of adapting to the phone being out of the room, I was very tempted during those middle of the night awakenings! But, I trusted the process and let Loftie sort of do it's thing. I began to do alternative things at night, like reading! An actual book! 😊😊 And I also just trusted that it would wake me up on time (and peacefully!) and continue to alert me to the time I needed to disconnect from the digital world in the evening.

I am sleeping better. I am beginning to feel more refreshed in the morning. I do think this will be a work in progress and will take some time. But it's definitely happening. And it's directly related to no longer using my phone as an alarm, and it not being within arm's reach anymore.

It doesn't hurt that the sounds are soothing, with plenty of choices. I also take advantage of the large variety of wind down programming available, including the soundscapes, which I love. And the device looks great. Simple and clean. Super cute!

I really can't ask for more. I really love it.
(Oh! and the customer service is outstanding. I had to get some help with a few things and the team bent over backwards for me.)

She helped us troubleshoot, then ultimately replace the clock. She was responsive, proactive, and overall great to work with.

So attentive, such a great CS team. They checked in on me every day until it was resolved, which was amazing. They were super helpful and offered multiple options for troubleshooting every single time they emailed me so that I could try multiple things each day. I recently received the orderet Loftie clock, and thus far it seems like a great product. The details are discrete and tasteful. The standard functions in regards to the alarm itself are soothing and enjoyable.

After receiving the product another delivery e-mail got sent my way. The costumer service was readily available to clear up the issue without any more trouble or double-payment. Based on my own experiences with the product and customer service, I recommend the first and reassure you that if you need the second it will be just fine!

had my clock for two weeks and it keeps disconnecting / the loftie+ function doesn't sync up. real pain in the backside but customer service was great in coming up with a solution and looking into the issues.
