I've been incredibly impressed by the customer service at Loftie and both products I've used. When I first received their alarm clock there were issues with the sound quality. That led to a series of back-and-forths with their tech teams, and then eventually to a firmware upgrade. They listened to my feedback, responded quickly and acted. I don't ever leave reviews like this - but their attention to my needs has been notable.

Quick and accurate response

Great customer service from Grace. I had some issues with sleep sounds skipping on my Loftie clock. I reached out to customer support where they informed me that this was related to a software issue that the development team was working on. Grace kept checking in with me during the time it took to resolve the issue, keeping me updated on the progress. The issue is now resolved!

The product is very nice. The support team, Nikki, was very helpful and kind in resolving an incurred issue. Everything went great.

Loftie is an amazing alarm clock. It’s an elegantly designed product that focuses on a minimal feature set—ideal for working professionals who want to keep devices out of their bedrooms. I’ve had mine for over five years and love it so much that I just purchased them for my kids, too.

I highly recommend this product. It works like a charm and is incredibly easy to set up. The wake sounds are soft and can be tuned to wake you gently, complete with an auto-snooze feature after a few minutes. I’m also impressed with their customer service. When I had a minor issue with my charger, the team was friendly, responsive, and sent a replacement adapter right away. I wish every company took this approach: building products that are functional, beautiful, and backed by first-class support.

The Customer Service team and Technical Team at Loftie are amazing! I heard back almost instantly after I sent an email concerning issues with sound on my device. I’m surprised! At first I was scared that the product was bad quality after reading the reviews, but I must say, the Loftie clock is game changing!
I now wake up very calmly, with amazing sounds from the clock, listen to meditations to fall asleep. This clock has so many options!
Also the team is very kind, generous and helpful! If something is not working a 100% they make an update an fix it, its perfect!
All in all worth it, will never go back to a regular alarm, Loftie all the way!

I had a surprisingly good experience with the Loftie customer support team when I experienced an issue with my clock's software. The team was responsive, helpful and reasonable when exploring different solutions to remedy the problem.

Friendly, helpful, patient and able to solve the issue

Quick and hassle-free resolution to my issue!

This was one of the most confusing and tedious customer service experiences I've ever had. It was almost worth it for just how farcical the process became.

My loftie clock arrived with a defect: all the audio it played was punctuated with static sounds. The loftie team asked for video evidence which I provided, and sent multiple rounds of troubleshooting directions which did not help. Weeks passed with vague promises that the "technical team was looking into it." They did not offer to replace my clock.

20 emails later--during which time the Loftie rep tried to close the ticket before the problem had been resolved, and in another exchange called me "Ivan" and said Loftie was not interested in "what I had put together"??!!-- I informed them I was returning the clock, and completed the online return. My refund was not processed. Weeks later, I was offered a free nightlight while I waited for the technical team to send a software fix for my clock; they were unaware I had returned it. My refund was only processed once I emailed them that I'd returned the product.

To Loftie: please just offer replacements for any defective clocks and skip the weeks of back and forth. I really liked everything about this clock except for the parts that didn't work...being called Ivan and the empty promises of the mysterious technical team didn't help.

Tell me why it takes so long to set up a clock, made me download the app before I can even use the product. What if I don't want another app? Why are you forcing me to download another app? Then signed me up and charged me for a membership I never even knew I was apart of (Loftie+) which is what really sent me over the edge to writing this review, mate, I just want a clock. I just want a good looking clock that tells the time and gives me the date accurately, tell me why you're charging 200 pounds for a clock that doesn't even tell the date? Yes, your design is amazing, I love the lamp, but why does it constantly have to be charged? If you're paying 200 pounds for a clock, at least make the battery last a little longer, the screen isn't even a good screen if the clock is so reliant on the screen, nowhere near bright enough.

I purchased a Loftie card. Website material is misleading. It leads you to believe you can block apps without subscription. Upon receiving I discovered the card was of no use to me unless I purchased a subscription.
Had the information not been misleading and more transparent I might have been willing to purchase the card and subscription.
I returned the card and bought a Brick

Unfortunately my Loftie clock stopped working after many years. The warranty was over BUT they offered a discounted replacement and I won’t use any other clock!

Had an issue with deleting the subscription, they responded super quickly and were very useful.
Received a refund the same day!!
Very satisfied with customer service and willingness to help.

I had a payment subscription issue and sent an email to Loftie. Carolina and Joymaeh worked so efficiently - the issue was resolved in a few hours, with no chasing up on my behalf!

Excellent customer service!

I initially experienced a delivery issue and my order was unfortunately returned to the sender. However, the Loftie support team handled the situation exceptionally well.

They were responsive, efficient, friendly, and genuinely helpful throughout the entire process. They quickly investigated the issue, kept me informed, and arranged for the clocks to be shipped again without any hassle.

Problems can happen with any company — what really matters is how they are resolved. In this case, Loftie's customer support exceeded my expectations.

A special thank you to the support team for their professionalism and kindness. I am now looking forward to receiving my two Loftie clocks.
