Cancelling membership
When I ask to cancel my membership, don't make me ask 5 times before finally cancelling it. It's extremely frustrating! I can understand offering a discount once, but once I decline the discount and still wish to cancel the membership, cancel the membership.

I am trying to contact someone about Tavio. I purchased one package. My physician has advised me not to use this because of my medical condition. Another package has arrived. I just need to know who to contact to stop these packages from coming to my home and I sure don’t need the charges. I want e refund. No packages have been opened. I took the first one to the post office. It was going to cost me around $20.00 to ship it back. They told me to ask the company for a return label. Now I need 2 return labels.
