Dear Veronica,
Thank you for your review, although I’m sorry to hear about your negative experience.
Clear communication is very important to us, as it’s essential that every customer fully understands their insurance policy and the details discussed over the phone.
I’ve tried calling you several times to address this matter directly and work towards a resolution, but haven’t been able to reach you. When convenient, please do return my call, as I’d really like the opportunity to put things right.
In the meantime, I’d encourage you to review your policy documentation, as everything discussed during the call is also confirmed in writing within our email. I’ve also spoken personally with the agent you dealt with to share your feedback.
Thank you again for bringing this to my attention, and I look forward to hearing from you so that we can resolve this matter to your satisfaction.
Yours Sincerely,
Charlie Byrne
