Gets progressively worse!
Used these for the last 3 years, the service has progressively got worse each year!!
The person dealing with my account “Josh” doesn’t appear to care at all about customer service. Updates are curt and not at all supportive.
The company has now been holding my refund from HMRC for a month and a half with no reasonable explanation, despite requests for this to be released and a promise that this would be completed over a week ago. No further emails to explain any further delay. I have requested formal complaints procedure so will see if that is eventually provided. Not particularly hopeful!
Will be taking to small claims if not paid out by end of week, as have had enough now
