Business Class Guru Arvostelua

The travel agent Adolfo did a great job sorting out business class flights for my husband and I, as always. That is why I keep returning for my overseas business class bookings.

VERY PROFESSIONAL AND PROMPT BUT NOT PUSHY. THE INITIAL CONTACT THAT I MADE WAS FOLLOWED UP QUICKLY WITH A REQUEST FOR A CONVENIENT TIME TO CALL. THOUGHTFUL TOUCH THAT WENT A LONG WAY WITH ME.

Shannon Painter was patient and helped us work through a few different itinerary changes. Each time coming back with competitive pricing.

Leslie is always at the ready, flexible with changes and gets a great deal!

Corey was extremely helpful with suggestions and alternatives. We were trying to fly from 2 small airports and meet to fly together to Europe. Difficult to arrange flights and coordinate schedules. Finally found a solution but it took many attempts to find the best way to accomplish our goals.

Our agent, George Stav, has been very professional and helpful to us in securing business class travel. Highly recommend.

Blake knows his stuff. The whole process was efficient and created a result that we are extremely happy with.

Excellent communication back and forth. Takes all my personal requirements for flights ie preferred departure and arrival times, preferred airlines, number of stops and desired layover durations into account and provides multiple options to meet my needs. I have booked multiple international flights with Carina and appreciate her so much!! Trying to figure it all out on my own drives me crazy. She does it so efficiently and quickly and secures the best pricing at the time. 👍🏼👍🏼

Service was great and saved us a considerable amount of money. Would definitely use again.

George helped me and answered all my questions, helped me secure a good Price.

The customer service I received from Ben was outstanding in every way! Professional knowledgeable and very kind he scheduled a very challenging trip seamlessly and was able to get us a great price! I highly recommend this company!

Corey was very helpful. Maybe we could have saved a bit by doing it all ourselves, but he made it much easier and worth any extra expense. This is an excellent service.

This is my first time with this particular consolidator, and I dealt with a stellar agent who quickly grasped my needs and flexibilities, surpassing my experience with two other companies. Most definitely this will be a go-to for my next trip. One complaint: the request for a tip is tacky, even when just coming from the software and not a real out-stretched palm. It suggests the company does not pay its staff enough.

Jeff was very responsive, helpful and friendly. He was very prompt in addressing all our requests.

Personalized response with a good variety of flight options reviewed. Fast confirmation of itinerary and ticketing at a good price.

Blake Caswell was great, will keep contacts for next business travel trip!

Yana was excellent. Professional, prompt and very informative.
