Everithing was exelent

The Quote for business tickets was a marginal savings, unlike the ads. When I confirmed the ticket purchase, taxes and fees were added. The airline includes those in the price. I thought California had a new law that said quoted prices include all taxes and fees. My agent reserved a flight leg that we had not agreed on. That had to be corrected. I have not been thrilled with the site. But I did purchase the tickets because the airline upped the price $1000 each while I was trying to reserve from then.

Shannon was very helpful with this process, via email and phone calls. She made it easy and was able to guide me in order to get what we needed. It was my first time using businessclassguru.com and I was able to get a great price with Shannon’s help.

Working with Logan was awesome. He explained everything and went the extra mile to make sure we were getting what we wanted Already sent him new clients

Be aware that other options may be added to original price; I.e a tip.

Yana was great. Always got back to us and gave us a great deal. I will use them again and recommend them (and Yana) to others.

Good, fast service and no one's time wasted with options in which I had no interest. Mike Flores is patient & easy to work with.

Quick response - good explanation of options - knows what the customers preferences are

Friendly. Efficient. Helpful. Wouldn’t take no for an answer and therefore worked to get an acceptable solution

Mitchell went above and beyond in exploring all options for our trip to India. Ultimately we decided on an itinerary that worked best for us.

Jeff has been terrific to work with on our travel plans. He helped us evaluate different options and booked our flights for significantly less than we could find on our own. He was patient, resourceful and very helpful walking us through all the information and data entry.

Jeff was very responsive and quickly understood our particular needs. He has a firm grasp of the details of travel. Our experience with the company has been very good.
