Business Class Guru Arvostelua

Helpful, patient and knowledgeable agent. A pleasure to work with. Second trip, big fan here.

Jeff Stein is an excellent service rep. He has never failed to help us find the perfect flight at a reasonable price.

Ben was fast fast very helpful making are airline reservation to Cape Town South Africa. He save us money and made great reservation options.

Blake went out of his way to find us flights that met our requirements for dates and times for a long trip with little room for error on departure and connection times. He was able to provide us with first class accommodations at 50% less and we were able to find. I will absolutley continue to use their services and work with Blake in the future.

I have booked my yearly long-haul flight with businessclassguru for several years now. Kevin Scheynkman takes excellent care of me. This is important as I am getting older and need more help than I used to. I highly recommend businessclassguru to all those who don't want to go through the hassle of finding and booking flights themselves.

Kevin Schenkman is responsive to requests, clear about options, and helpful when one has questions.

Yana was excellent. She listened to my requests and followed through on all. I had to call her several times when I forgot some questions and she was pleasant each time.

I tried to give a 5 rating, but the system wouldn't cooperate. I had Jeff Stein as my contact and he did an outstanding job of assistance.

Left a request on 3rd of Jan.
They got to me and I asked to be contacted via email.
Had to follow up on them for two weeks, still Emma who sent me the first email did not get back to me

Yana the rep that assisted me was very helpful and responsive. This was an excellent value and a pleasant experience.

She was very patient; took considerable time with me; clearly she was looking out for my interests.

Jeff was able to very quickly come up with options that met our needs for summer travel, saved us considerable money, and we booked immediately. Not the first time and likely not the last! Thanks...Palmer

Very friendly agent who helped finding the best rate as well as the best connections.

Great working with Corey. Very helpful. Little more expensive than I thought, but found me great flights.

Very responsive to my request, answered all my questions. The tip for the agent was a little surprise, but I understand it took time to research since I had a multi-city request.
