Been using Bullionvault for over 12…
Been using Bullionvault for over 12 years, it's always been for me a reliable and trustworthy way to buy and store real value as opposed to fiat currencies. I particularly like the absence of Vat on silver (and the ascending price!)

The security steps taken to complete…
The security steps taken to complete validation are impressive and I was beginning to wonder if I will succeed.
As a first timer without anyone to teach me I am managing to learn slowly with the easy layout in the BillionVault App.
As I get along and learn more I will slowly raise my deposits, I am happy with the pace I have taken.

I have had both a business & personal account with Bullion Vault for over 15 years. Recently activated it and had to familiarise myself with the control panel and dealing paltform again. Henry at BV was very patient with me and gave me Clear Cut & Easy to Follow step by step advice for which I am deeply garteful. What a brilliant guy !!!!

I will never use anyone else other than Bullionvault
I have been buying gold and silver for a few years with Bullionvault, and then made the mistake of going elsewhere to buy gold coins. Gold increased 40% when I had the coins, but the price I paid for them didn't change. This is when I realised I had been sold a pup!!! It was never explained to me that gold coins don't move in value like gold bullion. So I thankfully found this out after a few months and was able to buy again from bullionvault....I feel completely safe with them and the trades are instant....I won't buy anywhere else now! Lesson learnt
