Excellant service
I and my brother have used bullion fault for longer than I can remember probably more than 25 years. We have used the service both as a “hold” and for limited trading. I have never asked for a physical delivery but have every confidence in the vault and that I could request the physical gold if I wished. No reservations about the service

Pointless sign up once you deposit…
Pointless sign up once you deposit can't withdraw right away as they want verification etc first witch can take up to 10 days, I wish to withdraw my funds and close my account asap

Users opening a personal account can deposit funds and start trading before validation is complete, so they're not held up if they want to buy - but we state clearly on our homepage and open-account page the need to validate soon after registering.
To validate your account, we need to verify your identity and establish your linked bank account, from which you will send funds and to which your funds will be returned. This is an important process which helps us both meet our anti-money laundering obligations and protect your account from fraud. Any reputable vaulted precious metals dealer would require similar.
You uploaded documents 30 minutes after opening your account. They were reviewed within 24hrs of that time and your account was successfully validated.
We're sorry you decided BullionVault was not the right service for you.

I opened my BullionVault account in 2010 and I have ALWAYS had excellent efficient service. Their website is very user friendly and from my personal experience always very secure. I can highly recommend BullionVault based on my 16yrs as an account holder.

Thanks for your review, but BullionVault never imposes any charge which isn't already made clear on our Tariff.
In your case, we have reminded you of the need to validate your account. That's both to protect you as the owner of your bullion and to help meet our anti-money laundering obligations.
Validation is easy. You just need to log in and upload a few identity documents. And as our Tariff plainly states, if you fail to validate after 8 weeks - and after repeated reminders from us - we will begin charging you a late validation penalty fee of $30 per month (currently around £23) until your account is validated.

Dealings with 'heavy metals' enterprises, can involve large amounts of money, which can make client rather nervous. I have found the procedures associated when dealing with BullionVault to be clear and comprehensible, and I have no qualms about anything.

I have been investing in gold and silver with Bullion Vault since 2013. I have found them to be consistently trustworthy, reliable and transparent, in that they make the process of buying and selling bullion easy to follow. Never had any doubts about safety and security. Began as a complete novice, have learned a lot both from Bullion Vault and reading around the subject in various publications. don't do it!
BullionVault was a leap into Gold and Silver trading which I hadnt done before. Advice from a friend suggested this was a way to improve my financial returns over the immediate future. This, because of Donald Tump and Co. failed miserably, losing a substantial amount in 6 months. Never again.
