So far I can only give one star as it is more than 3 weeks and I am still waiting for my phone. My confirmation email said I would receive an email with tracking information within the following 6 working days. After 7 working days I hadn’t received anything so I emailed Bulk Mobiles. They replied the same day and apologised saying staff shortages meant it hadn’t been despatched but I would receive it early the following week. Again there was no tracking email so at the middle of the following week when it still hadn’t arrived I emailed again - they said they would look into it and when I emailed again the following day they said it had been lost in transit and they would despatch another. I still haven’t received a tracking email or the phone and it is almost a week later. All very disappointing as I have to keep using my limited energy following it up and all the while I am without a phone.

(Edit later same day: hooray it has arrived - all nicely boxed up but with the wrong power cable)

Was originally sceptical due to some reviews, however we could not purchase the phone we wanted anywhere else.

Confirmation of payment ends up with a payment to a business in Luxembourg and the phone came from China (despite being told Europe)… HOWEVER the business is based in the UK and someone answers the phone and emails you to update you on your order. They were very helpful with customer service. Order ended up arriving 17 days after we ordered rather than the 8 days. You get a Royal Mail tracking number once the phone is in the UK.

Phone itself is excellent, just like brand new. We have only had it a week, but all seems fine.

I would recommend, but would not rely on delivery times if you need something ASAP. They do however have lots of options of phones that you can no longer buy on contract e.g blackberry etc.

I contacted the company 10 days after placing order to find out where the order was. Was promised tracking within 6 days that didn't come through until after I contacted customer service. Royal mail delivered item to wrong address, again customer service did not respond appropriately to me raising the concerns that I had not received the item. Thank goodness for the honest neighbour who did deliver my phone. I also need to return the item as its not the one I wanted. Customer service advised me to invalidate my warranty by doing something inappropriate to the phone. Gobsmackingly bad service.

Easy to order and fast delivery
Company does what it promises on website, exactly as advertised.
Ordered my phone on a Friday night and arrived 7 days later packed securely and protected from any damage. Delivery by Royal mail. Amazing service and phone plus all the extras and thanks for my second cable to charge. I can't wait to use you again and 100 per cent recommend

Slow on delivery but within the specified time frame. Well packaged and as stated, new condition and competitively priced. Very pleased with phone purchase from Bulk Mobiles.

Sometimes it takes a while to get the phone (sometimes it comes from a town in China, not a town in England) which is OK, but would be nice if it was not a complete surprise. Also the in box accessories are not always 100%: I recently had a USB-C to -A adapter that was defective. However the value for money is still pretty good, a little more transparency would be perfect.

I have no complaints. The delivery was as it should have been. The phone is as described and as new in perfect condition.

The phone is great. I was apprehensive because I was changing model but after doing some research the galaxy A10e was strongly recommended and i am very pleased. NOTE- delivery IS the full 7-10 days as stated so YES - save money on a refurbished phone but dont be in a rush. They tell you what to expect and that's what happens

I emailed and tried calling several times. No response. Labelled as new ipod, extremely slow lags and doesn’t work. No one got back to me. I don’t recommend this website, go straight to the manufacturer if you want a reliable service.

Don't make my mistake and order a phone from this company. Phone is sent direct from China, resulting in longer delivery time than stated on website and not checked before you get it, again as stated on website. Customer service also awful, apparently having no record of website orders, despite credit card being charged. Avoid. Also ignore these other 5 star reviews which look fake.

Still waiting for delivery of phone! No delivery data given and its been so long now since order that I have been asked to review! 15 days from order and starting to wonder if I have been scammed.

Excellent phone
Perfect for our disabled son at a sensible price

The samsung s9 we ordered will not work with a SIM only Wi-Fi. Both O2 and giff gaff customer service have advised that the phone is locked or just not working properly.

I ordered a phone hoping for rapid turnaround. I tried the live chat and email request to find the expected turnaround - no response. The FAQ suggested all would be OK (8-10 days), but those times did not include "processing of the order" which extended matters by a week. When the "unlocked" phone arrived it was in fact locked to an American network. I was offered a simple replacement, but this would not be sent out until the returned phone was received (despite my request for it to be sent on trust, given no part of the error was mine). Return was to be made by second class post only. So although I was told the replacement phone would be with me in around a week this this could claerly never be acheived. I have today been offered a refund which I have accepted as I have no confidence left with the service which has simple delayed my phone replacement by 5 weeks!! The company were quick and pleasant at answering emails but otherwise I am deeply disappointed with the whole process.

Avoid! Company falsely advertise that you will receive your phone in 3-5 working days - actually it took them a month to send it out! Bad customer service didn't offer me a refund on the postage to return the phone as it was sent too late - avoid at all costs!
