The phonr took a little longer than I expected to arrive, but im very pleased with it!!Microsoft Lumia.love these phones. It was nice to be able to call Bulk Mobiles and speak to an actual person about it rather than only having to send an E mail orlook at a tracking number. That gave me reassurance that the phone was on its way.

Sent wrong charger. Service is very slow and not sure if the sell brand new phone even though they say they do. Also they are very eager to sell phone insurance.

Paid and nothing sent after a week. Told shop refurbishment as stated on website (untrue as nothing shown to that effect) so nothing could be sent for another 2 weeks. Still taking orders on line. Why was it OK to take orders and nothing to be sent for 3-4 weeks?

I was disappointed to be told several days after making my order that after I had paid in full for a mobile phone that I would have to wait a month before I received it due to a hold up with suppliers, yet I found out that I could buy the same phone at a similar price elsewhere. On the plus side I did receive a quick refund, which is only to be expected under the circumstances

Slow delivery (sent from outside of the UK??). Phone not as described. Webpage has cleverly hidden disclaimer about descriptions in small at t he bottom. Refund for selling a product not as described still not received after 30+days of the phone being received by Bulk Mobiles. I have not given them 1 star because the email team do email quite promptly, or maybe this is all part of the scam?! gulp

This is a completely misleading company.
Accepts orders and payment, then when it does not arrive, say the order has been cancelled as it is not in stock.
But it still shows for sale on their website!!!
Do not bother as you will only be disappointed.

This phone is very poor the rubber bit where you charge the phone has come off after 3 days wont connect to the internet and when in your pocket it switches itself off ok for just calls dont bother going on the chat no one answers

Hi there, i bought a Sony Xperia 10 Plus Black.

It was meant to be unlocked (meaning it should register a SIM of any network provider) but the phone isn't registering any SIM card put into it.

I tried 2 different SIM cards but the phone wouldn't register any of it.

Ordered a blackberry (shoot me) took 2 weeks to find out my order would not be delivered. Rubbish.

Phone arrived a little late because of Christmas but it was to all intents and purposes brand new. Perfect.

phone was as described and arrived within the given ETA. Early days but phone is working perfectly. Only issue is that the screen protector has 4 sizeable bobbles along the sides of the phone which seem permanent, not sure if this is due to depressions on the phone screen or an issue with the screen protector.

This is an update on my previous review, shamefull customer service I had agreed by bulk mobiles to pay for my return postage and they have not refunded it. I am now chasing as it’s a principle. Can’t believe there are companies with this level of service in the year 2021.
I purchased an Apple I watch cellular series 6 stainless steel gold with gold Milanese strap for £510.
I had to chase via phone calls for delivery details and when it finally arrived it did not match what I bought, the I watch I received was a counterfeit product I was mortified as a present for my daughter, the watch box did not have the cellophane tab to open the box the spelling in the description had mistakes, clearly not an Apple product. Worst was it was a non cellular space grey watch. Worst part bulk mobiles really unhelpful, offered no compensation not even return postage just said go through PayPal to get your money back, when they are at fault. Very shady business would certainly not recommend

My order took far too long to dispatch and when I got tracking details it didn't leave the warehouse for a further 48 hours. Finally arrived with customs documents declaring it as an MP4 player not a phone and a fictitious price. Suspect it wasn't originally shipped from UK. Wouldn't recommend this company.
