I have had the recent experience of purchasing with bulk mobiles
They did not have the item I wanted so they offered me a similar one for a slightly higher price I decided to decline and asked for a refund which was paid within 2 to 3 working days and no questions asked
All in all a positive experience

More fool me.

Despite my reservations I returned the cheap knock off ipad keyboard (which was advertised as Apple) before I got a refund.

Guess what?

Weeks later no refund!

Don't waste your hard earned money go to a company with a bit of integrity.

Looks like I'll have to claim off my credit card now.

So this is a review written under a year on from my purchase and I don't really know what to think. I bought a Blackberry Keyone and something felt weird about the phone I received. I still have my old Keyone and when I compare them they are very similar but I can't help but feel/suspect that the one I received may be fake. The back of the phone is a rubberized material on my old one, but the one I received from Bulk Mobiles is a hard brittle plastic. I unfortunately did drop the phone, and the brittle plastic snapped to expose the battery and other bits, whereas this would not happen with my old Keyone. Before I dropped it this plastic had already started cracking around the borders just from normal use. The camera glass has since cracked without being dropped and The blackberry logo itself has started seperating from the back of the phone which is strange. I will also mention that the phone was very slow and glitchy from quite early on and I am now looking to replace it after about 10 months of having it. Also the top of the phone has come off exposing all sorts of internal stuff, overall I can't say anything for certain but something seems off and suspect about the phone, I can't help but wonder if it is real. That being said, it was quite cheap and a phone of some sort did arrive and it does work, just not very well. I have been put off purchasing from this company in the future and therefore I can't really recommend them to anyone with confidence.

Received my phone after a couple of weeks . . . it was worth the wait.

Positives:
Once answered, polite e-mails.
Quick refund after I returned phone.
Return postage cost was refunded after supplying my banking details.

Negatives:
No reply to a message sent via their website.
One e-mail enquiring about the whereabouts of the phone was only answered several days later just after it had arrived.
The phone took twice as long to arrive as stated when ordering.
The phone received was made for the USA market (not fully compatible with the UK).
The software of the phone received was branded with the USA ‘Verizon’ network.
The USA market phone was oddly supplied with a UK charger and a quick start guide in Korean.

Whilst some people are clearly very happy with their purchase, in my case it was just a waste of time, so two stars for polite communication and a quick refund.

BEWARE THOUGH: if you receive a phone that is not designed for the UK market, it may work to some extent, but there could be areas of the UK where you will not get any signal, whereas if you had a phone designed for the UK market, it would have ALL the UK bands/frequencies to enable the best possible reception/service.

Excellent service, more than happy with my phone, it came quickly and it was brand new in the original packaging. Five stars service.

Wide range of phones, decent and affordable prices. Very happy with purchase, phone has been very good so far. Shame about the shipping which took 20 days. Definitely recommend if you aren't in a particular rush.

I have been with Bulk mobile for over a year now and I've never regretted it for once . At first I was very sceptical because we met online, so I wasn't sure to do it or not .
They taught me how to do my first online business ever hahahaha 😅. They basically held my hands and showed me the way . I have never felt abandoned or ignored for once by Bulk Mobiles . Whoever truly wants to do an online business and have their peace of mind should go with Bulk Mobile, it's as simple as that .
Bulk mobile won't just show you the way, they will lead you.
I am already telling my friends and family about . I am truly excited .
My plan is to stop my 9 - 5 job someday and do this business full time with this amazing people.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE. I purchased a mobile phone for my elderly parents so they can use Googlemaps to prevent getting lost when out of the house. The phone I was sent has completely failed after only 5 months. They refuse to provide a replacement unless I buy a warranty (having been in touch with Citizens advice Bureau they have advised that since it's within 6 months they should provide a replacement at no additional cost). They refuse to provide a full or even partial refund. They keep stalling by refusing to send me the information that Citizens advice bureau have advised me to ask for. On their website they state 'All our phones are unlocked new pristine and boxed sealed!' (the lack of grammar alone should send alarm bells ringing), however they have since stated that their phones are reconditioned and then re-boxed. So they are clearly advertising falsehoods on their website. I've reported them to Trading Standards.
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. I have lost £153 and my elderly parents now have no mobile phone as we can't afford to get them a replacement.

If I could give zero stars I would - they do not deserve 1 star.

the shopping experience was ok, but the phone keeps letting me down - with frozen buttons and frozen screen. I am waiting to see how quickly Bulk Mobiles will resolve this.
Bulk mobiles have now offered to replace my phone, which I consider a fair and reasonable response to my complaint, so I have upgraded my review from 2 stars to 4

Received the wrong colour phone ordered. Was offered £10 back to keep the wrong phone or instructed to send 2nd class and put a letter in explaining with my order no etc After a busy week at work it was all too much to trudge off to the PO etc Decided to accept the £10 and keep the wrong colour. Would have liked them to arrange the return pick up, paper work etc as other companies are doing.

I ordered an Xperia XZ premium dual sim hoping that it would read 2 sim cards at the time. Despite sticker explaining how to load the 2 sim card at the back, the phone can only read one which was desapointing. It is all the more desapointing as I really like it. It has some very good features and although reconditioned , it looks brand new.

Got my I I phone 8 delivered and it was what I thought brand new. Sadly after 4 weeks the phone started switching itself off and then people could not hear me talking on phone.

I have now had to pay a further £40 pounds to take out a warranty to let them take back the phone.

They have accepted the phone as being faulty and are sending out another phone.

I am not going to hold my breath that this phone will be brand new and working correctly after my last experience but they will not give me my money back so I just have to wait and see what arrives.

I have been waiting forever for my phone. Customer Service have been great & offered me £5 for the delay but it's telling me the Royal Mail tracking number was available - That was 10/11 days ago & Royal Mail still show it as not recognised. I asked for a refund, tracking sghows within 24 hours. I was told no I have to wait until it's received then I can retuern it.Seems odd, if the phone is ready to sell it should come straight out. I am using an iPhone at moment, can't stand it. Been waiting over a month noe for my Android.

Good products sold on the website however, there were delays with the delivery (due to covid) so wasn't too happy with that. But the team were responsive which balanced things out.

Had to wait over 3 weeks for my phone, because the incompetence of the staff got the wrong order, ,so as to say aye won,t b shopping here again

A terrible experience.
No contact from the company when the phone was late.
I was lied to that it was a courier problem.
The order was then cancelled’ accidentally’
You can see the bad reviews, you have been warned.

The company did contact me a few days later by phone and email to apologise and offer me a discount on my next purchase.
That deserves a better review.
Better still would have been my order reinstated and rushed to me.
I am out of pocket because I am paying for my sim only contract with no phone.
A phone call and apology is better than nothing, 3 stars.
