We're happy to hear that you found a great price and free shipping. Thank you for sharing your positive experience with us; we appreciate it.
Incorrect items, terrible customer service
First the wrong item was send then after repeated emails back and forth, the customer service agent refused to send the correct item until after the incorrect one had reached their warehouse.
Still 1 week on, the correct item has not even been sent out.
