I paid for next day delivery on in…
I paid for next day delivery on in stock products. I recived an email stating that the order had been sent to the delivery company and received a tracking number. Next day I logged on to the delivery companys tracking portal and the status was waiting for order to be collected, I then called DX to ask about my expected delivery but they said they didn't have the order. I then went on to contact Build and Plumb and they confirmed the order hadn't been sent to shipping company and offered to refund my next day delivery charge, I decided to cancel and go to Screwfix and Toolstation to get the products I needed.

They don’t seem interested in customer service
Order Despatched on Saturday using Royal Mail tracked 48. It finally arrived on Friday after they mistakenly sent it to the wrong depot ‘in error’. That’s not Build and Plumb’s fault but when I messaged them for help I can only assume they didn’t care since they never replied. Parts were too late for the job, so never again
