Bubblegum Balloons Arvostelua

Excellent website and great product options. So nice to find somewhere that will offer any number of individual numbered balloons and ability to include gift card as a lot of sites don’t. (Ballons were to celebrate a 100 mile fundraising rather than for a birthday). Very fast delivery with good updates - and fantastic balloons. Great colours and size - perfect!

Great service lovely balloons delivered on time and great quality too.

I have ordered from Bubblegum Balloons before for smaller events and have always been impressed with how good their balloons look and how much joy they brought me as well.

It was almost a given that we'd have balloons at our wedding. We went with white latex balloons with black bows down the aisle and red heart balloons to compliment them. I also carried a red heart balloon instead of a bouquet which just felt very authentic to me. They really set the vibe for the day and were classy but fun at the same time.

Paid for express delivery. Balloons arrived the day after the event. Not fully inflated and looking like trash. Customer services took zero responsibility, blaming DPD (their courier) and the client (me) for not ordering them to be delivered 24 hours earlier to allow a margin of error. £70 down the drain and they refused to give a full refund on the grounds that some of the balloons were okay - even though they were of no use to us because they arrived after the event. Absolutely shambolic customer care and pride in their performance.

I would highly recommend Bubblegum Balloons, easy to place an order, great selection of ideas and I can collect which works well for me.

I bought the large whiskey bottle helium balloon. Delivered on time, great size and my 40 year old Nephew who loves whiskey found it a fantastic and unusual 40th birthday gift.

Fantastic as always - used this company several times now - great service and the quality is superb. Thank you

I was referred by five people in one of my What's App groups.
We ordered 30 balloons to be delivered to Cipriani's in Mayfair for a birthday party. The balloons are of high quality and arrived in perfect condition. It was easy to release and arrange the balloons within the room. The customer service support is flawless. I cannot recommend this company enough.
It was a great experience.

Perfect! Amazing balloons arrived on day I wanted in perfect condition. Was brilliant!

Excellent customer service. I phoned on a Monday for same day collection and they were able to turn the around. Really convenient location and good prices. Will definitely use again.

I was absolutely delighted with the appearance of the personalised balloons and for the excellent and help service provided by Bubblegum Balloons. I wanted balloons sent to The Hero restaurant in London for my daughter’s 30 . It all went so smoothly. Excellent

My balloon arrived 2 days late having paid for next day delivery and it was deflated when it did

Great wholesalers, always have the stock I need which is great and the customer service is fab for any queries. 5*

So happy with the service and quality you get from Bubblegum balloons - I send balloons over the country and they never fail to deliver !!! Just brilliant

I recently ordered a balloon gift from Bubblegum Balloons in the UK, and I’m located in Canada. Despite the distance, they went above and beyond to provide excellent service when I had trouble completing my order online. Emma from customer service was fantastic! She made sure my order was delivered right on time to the venue. What really impressed me was the attention to detail – she even sent me a picture of my balloon order once it was ready, which gave me so much peace of mind. I also loved that they use WhatsApp, which made communication super easy despite being in different countries. I highly recommend Bubblegum Balloons for their outstanding customer service and professionalism! Thank you Emma and Bubblegum! You made my day, and the balloons were a real hit!!!

Beautiful balloon for my partner, really pleased with the quality and service.

Great selection, reasonably priced and incredibly speedy delivery! Can’t fault them - would definitely recommend

Amazing! The service was great, super speedy delivery, very informative account manager, Nish, who was a delight to work with!! :) Not to mention the balloons are beautiful!

Ordered for my wifes 40th. The balloons were fantastic and got delivered next day! will be using again

We are a local PartyHire company and have used bubblegum balloons on many occasions to fulfil our helium balloon orders. Now with the added benefit of wholesale balloons it really is great to have a local supplier we can collect from should be need to and their service is quick and efficient.
