Bubblegum Balloons Arvostelua

Great customer service nothing is too much. Fast response on orders always welcoming on collection. Thank you !

Next day delivery failed to arrive. In fact, still hasn't. TBD on condition.
Website is not very clear on items and add-ons (feels like buying DLC for games).

I'll revised depending on customer service.

Ordered my son’s birthday balloons, slight issue with a couple, they rectified the situation promptly and professionally.

Outstanding customer care.

I would like to edit my previous review based on the customer service I have since received from Bubblegum & the way they handled my complaint.
With this is mind, I am happy to report that they looked into my query & have since taken steps to make the "packages" available clearer which is all I had asked for.
Errors do happen, that's life but when a company deals with this in a professional; manner then I am even happier to recommend them as a business & this is exactly what has happened here.
Thank you Loraine for taking the trouble to contact me directly & spend time looking into my order, I am really happy with the outcome & look forward to placing another order with you soon :) :)

Six Stars - Superb balloons and superb customer service. You are never quite sure how good untried internet purchases will turn out but these balloons were absolutely cracking and the guys here managed to sort a delivery within a one-hour window to get into our venue. brilliant all round. will definitely buy again.

Giraffe balloon, beautifully made and delivered on time, partner loved it.

Fantastic quality balloon and no hassles . Delivered on time .

Great balloons. Arrived at a decent time in the day.
But I’d recommend they check how inflated the balloons are as mine arrived with some not inflated properly so they went limp quicker than usual.

I had a problem using a previous voucher code and customer services immediately sorted out the issue. The balloons that were received were so pretty and arrived exact when they said they were going to.
I highly recommend Bubblegum Balloons 🎈.

I still haven't received my order so it's difficult to review and if it hasn't arrived by tomorrow I have no use for the products. Which is very disappointing. According to the courier they haven't even received the package from Bubblegum yet despite it being 5 days since ordering with Next Day Delivery stated so it doesn't bode well. The range available is really good, hence 2 stars, but not if you can't actually get your hands on it.

This was my first time ordering from Bumblegum and I will be ordering again! Wonderful quality, quick informative service and the recipient was delighted. Thank you!

I used bubblegum balloons for my 60th Birthday party decoration and they did a fantastic job. From original contact with Nish, she was extremely helpful and friendly and always on hand to offer assistance and answer any questions.

On the day the staff who did the installation were great, very helpful and had totally understood my brief and what I wanted and delivered it perfectly.

Got a great service for a last minute delivery required for an office party. Would definitely use the company again!

Brilliant product and great company - I made a big error in my order and they rectified it with no fuss. Balloons were unusual and the kids loved them! Thank you.

I bought from bubblegum a set of balloons for my last wedding anniversary and then another large helium inflated fun balloon as it cheers us up. The balloons are good quality and last longer than others we bought from other companies, the presentation and delivery were impeccable on both occasions. Highly recommend!

Really straightforward to deal with, my orders have been perfect so far and delivered on time, within the time window required.
Thank you

Best balloon delivery company in my opinion. Well packaged and always well inflated, great choice of designs too.

Balloon arrived on time and was fine, this is a good service

The most beautiful balloons from the best of the best!

Deflated within 48 hours even when following the instructions wouldn’t expect that for the price of them I’ve had similar balloons last weeks before! However the customer service to rectify was very good!
