First time buyer
First time buyer, and I'll consider coming back. I ordered 3 shoes, but only 2 were delivered. They sent the missing pair after I reached out which was good. I sent one pair back because it was easily an entire size too small vs the other shoes in the same size, but the return wasn't free. Unsure yet about the quality, but customer service was responsive and helpful.

I ordered a pair of shoes for my husband, and they arrived very quickly. He really liked the style, but they were too tight across the instep. He owns other Bruno Marc shoes that he loves, so this was disappointing—especially since this style doesn’t come in a wide option. The return process was simple with the prepaid label, but I was still charged a return fee. If I had ordered through Amazon, the return would have been free.

The quality of Bruno Marcs shoes
The quality of Bruno Marcs shoes are Top Tier and the selections are excellent I love them, their customer service is excellent and they're response is very quick. My only complaint is I'd wish they would use 1 or atleast a Solid courier for their shipping, some of the couriers they use is hard to track your orders.

I recently purchased 2 pair of Brunomarc shoes. I didn't request nor pay for expedited Shipping, yet I received the shoes within 3 to 4 business days. Additionally, I wasn't presented with the opportunity to apply the Welcome Discount online during the ordering process, so I contacted Customer Service
a few days after I received my shoes. They credited my credit card with this Discount.
I like my shoes, and I'm impressed with the quality of Customer Service and speed of Shipping.

I bought these Bruno Marc dress sneakers for their sharp look, but after about six months, the inner lining tore, making them uncomfortable to wear. It’s disappointing for a shoe to wear out this quickly from the inside. Hopefully, future pairs will be made with more durable materials. Unfortunately, I can’t enjoy wearing them again that soon.

I bought 2 pairs. Of one pair one shoe was damaged. Asked to return and get refunded. They said we offer 30% refund and keep the shoes. Of course would never wear a damaged shoe and they never accepted to fully refund. Make you pay for return expences as well. AVOID this company and their website. Horrible return policy
The show is decent but the leather isnt very soft. Their return policy is a joke. They first said to just give them to someone else which I couldn't believe they would say that and then they only give you 30% refund. They are a joke!!

Brunomarc makes high quality shoes at low prices. I recently got a pair of their shoes for my husband. It is a casual pair of shoes that he can wear in the autumn and winter months. He said the fit is good and they look well made. I would purchase Brunomarc shoes again.

Excellent Service and Great Shoes
I have been ordering shoes from this company for 2 years. They are durable, lightweight, and most of all comfortable. I work in the Restaurant Industry and I am on my feet for 10-12 hours a day and my feet never hurt. The shoes last a long time and are easy to clean. They are also very classy looking and people comment on my shoes all the time.
