STAY AWAY…BIG SCAM! SAVE YOUR $$$. Product looks amazing on their site and social media, you get nothing ..not even remotely close to what they’re showing you.
I placed an order for 3 large shirts, received 3 extra large shirts. Extremely cheap made shirts… horrible quantity! Tried to call the company many many times ..no answer. Company showing Austin Texas address on their site, and if you ask to return the merchandise after MANY emails back-and-forth, they sent you UK address to ship it to. IMAGINE THE COST TO SHIP to UK, and most likely they will claimed they never received it because you will never see your money back.

Never got merchandise from 1/27/26. Tried to cancel after reading reviews. Agent never got back to me. Scam

Complete SCAM! Says they are from Texas, but the package comes from China. Trying to return the items because they were not anywhere close to the pictured items purchased (AI pictures used) and were the wrong size, they want the items sent to the UK. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

Ordered size L - was sent 2XL and told it was comparative to UK large. Which is not true, absolutely huge. None of friends big enough to give away. Straight to charity shop. Total waste of money.

I relied on their reviews posted on their website. As well as the fact that they communicate they are a US Company based in Austin Texas. I wished I had known about Trustpilot reviews as I would not have ordered from this group. You cannot get a live voice to answer customer support. Product doesn't match quality marketed and sizing is all over the board.I have been trying to get return information for 5 days now.

i was under the Impresession this company was north American.I don't think this company is even in North America.I've been waiting for my order for over a week and it still hasn't even left mainland china.shipping info is a joke.never ordering from them again.i have very low expectations of the product quality.

Garbage product and they want you to pay for return shipping. Paid $58 for $5 Temu shoes.

Terrible experience, ordered three sweaters. One came with a visible hole in it and another one which was white came with a big yellow stain on it. Tried to contact store on many occasions. Left several messages and have yet to receive a call back. Do not purchase anything from this store or you will definetly be very disappointed.

Ordered a pair of shoes, came as cheap plastic- not even good man made leather!! cheap- cheap trash!!!! Do not order from here!!!!!

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS WEBISTE!!!! They send defective products that aren't even the correct color and poor quality. Then when you try to return it they state you have to ship the product outside the country, even though the product is shipped from China to California to you AT YOUR OWN COST. The refund process is horrible. THIS IS A SCAM SITE. I'm out $232.97. :\

Wish I had read reviews before ordering, but of course there are no negative reviews to be found anywhere on their site. Ordered a Sherpa lined denim jacket and the one I received had discolored Sherpa, almost as if the blue of the denim leeched into the lining. Customer service claimed that it was as designed and shown on the website- anyone with eyes can see it isn’t but my photos weren’t sufficient proof. To return it you have to send it to the UK, I’m in the US so it will likely cost more to send it back than it’s worth. One of the biggest disappointments in online shopping. I learned my lesson to never buy from this website ever again!

PLEASE READ THIS BEFORE ORDERING ANYTHING ON LINE FROM REDWOOD MAIN!
I made the mistake of ordering a garment from this disreputable company The garment came 2 sizes too large, and was made of a cheap cotton instead of the cashmere I ordered. They countered with some nonsense about sizes differ in different countries.
The product looked cheap and ridiculous, I asked to have it returned immediately, and was told it would have to be at MY EXPENSE,and they would decide if they would grant me a refund or not.
A reputable company would have taken it back, no questions asked, at THEIR EXPENSE. Redwood Main obvously is running some sort of scam.

Wish I had read the reviews prior to ordering. Horrible experience with customer service and products are poor quality. Ordered three small cashmere sweaters. They sent two medium and one large. They demanded I send them photos to prove. Then they asked me to photograph the actual shirts to prove they are not all the same size. I explained that I tried them on and they were huge. Not enough. Still waiting for them to finish their “investigation” to determine if a return is warranted. They do not allow reviews on their site for obvious reasons. Would not order from this site. Poor quality. Inconsistent sizing and piss poor customer service. Bad!

A buch of crap. Waited more than 6 weeks for three shirts with endless promises of "they are on the way" from the company. Upon arrival, I received three shirts all the wrong size and zero response from the company on why or how this happened.

Beware this company. I ordered two shirts from them in a Large size and they sent Extra Large size. Tried to call and email customer service and they totally ignore you and do not return calls or emails. If you choose to risk it beware!

Avoid this company. Their tag line is they craft products.. they craft bait and switch crap. Garments not even true to "European size", there was a strange smll, no tags to prove wrong size. And finally the return is at your cost; which would not be so bad if not in UK. Their cost to sent was approx 6.00 my cost to return 73.00 for a 44.00 shirt.....

Buyer beware: they claim to be located in Texas and merch is ready to ship. Orders ship from outside U.S., can take three weeks or more to ship. They do not send email confirmation for order or provide order number. They also do not provide shipping info unless requested. Not sure if shipping info is accurate at this point, still waiting.
