Broadway Basketeers Arvostelua

They delivered a cheap bottle of wine instead of the upgrade that I paid for. Then, I look bad for sending that person a cheap bottle of wine. When I called to complain, they did not try to make things right, they only offered me a refund for the difference in price of the more expensive wine, and they did not acknowledge the mistake that it was not about the difference in price but rather that the person receiving the cheap wine did not feel important, which is the point of the gift. They were not pleasant or corteous on the phone either.

My sister loved it! And if she's happy then I'm happy! I will definitely be ordering with you soon Mother's Day Father's Day and my mother's birthday are all coming up!

Good service. Nice stuff. Slightly repetitive selection.

Personalized service. Delivered to Canada ontime. In fact, lower delivery charge than in previous years.

Positively the worst!!!!! Lied to me about ship date, delivered basked three days late and the person it was intended for had left the country. Awful customer service with nothing but excuses and total failure to admit responsibility even though provided tracking number proved that they were dishonest.

Wonderful selection, service and prompt delivery!

Beautiful gift baskets and great service. Highly recommended.

My daughter is on a special diet because she has M.S. The cake we ordered was the chocolate torte with no sugar and flourless. It was delicious and she was thrilled!

excellent stuff in the basket, delivered on time, it's a party in a box! I'll use them every time!

Product and service are excellent. I know both as sender and recipient of BB gifts. One of the most efficient (and friendly) companies I work with.

Wonderful, great experience and ease in ordering. Orders always accurate. Thank you Broadway Basketeers!!

The basket arrived on time and the recipient was very happy.

The black and white cookies were delicious. They were soft but very tasty!

reliable, efficient, easy to use website

My order was scheduled for delivery on Purim but it did not deliver intil the next day. It does not count for perfoming the mitzvah if it is a day late. I had to scramble last minute to give Mishloach Manot and this was going to my Rabbi.

I was very pleased with the quality of the items, variety, and ease of ordering. The pricing is also excellent!

Ordering was easy.
The people who received the basket really liked the contents and the display -made a very good impression!
