Bright Footwear Arvostelua 

I bought 2 pair 1 for me, 1 for my wife All is great, shipping, price, quality, fit, feel.... etc. We have only had them a few weeks and my wife wears hers more often than I.

They fit fine, feels like I just have slippers on which is nice. Left shoe is great right shoe feels like there is something along the ridge between toes and ball of foot. To be honest that is also the foot take has the bunion on it. I'm still getting use to them. Love the bags they come in so easy to pack.

I wondered if they would ever get here but they made it. I have plantar fasciitis and surprisingly I wear these in the house and my foot doesn’t hurt. Easy to get on and off. So far I love them!

I had the best experience today while grocery shopping. A young couple actually stopped me to ask what shoes I was wearing because they loved the look of them! When I told them they were from **Bright Footwear** and how incredibly comfortable they are, and the awesome support team they were even more excited.

It’s not often you find shoes that are both stylish enough to catch people’s attention and comfortable enough to wear all day without your feet complaining. Bright Footwear has truly nailed it. If you’re looking for shoes that deliver on both comfort and style, I can’t recommend them enough! Jane

Well, to begin with I ordered the wrong size. The exchange was easy but I did have to pay for shipping; no problem since they gave me free shipping on the first pair. I like the style but most important is the "barefoot" feeling in a very comfortable shoe.

I ordered 2 pair of shoes after a friend told me about them. They are so comfortable! I play pickleball and wear them and my feet feel great after not hot and tired like with my regular tennis shoes. They are light.

It would be nice to get my order. Got an email today saying they were delivered 2 hours ago. NOT!! It's not even worth the hassle to try to get a refund. Craziest purchase I've ever made.

I have wide feet (think duck feet) and some nail issues where pressure is very painful. These are very comfortable, and since I also have balance issues, I feel a lot steadier on my feet than I did in traditionally designed shoes.

I only wished I had more choices of colors - I was only able to get black & white pairs!

I like that these shoes have a wide toe area. They are shaped like my foot.

Being flat bottomed I think is ultimately better for me. I wear a prosthetic and it seems like my balance is better with these shoes.

What am not sure about is how long they will last.

Delivery was a bit longer than I expected but the shoes are as good as described! They are flexible and very light but provide comfort and support while protecting your feet. We've worn these in the gym and around the house. Very comfortable.

Bright Footwear processed two orders two weeks ago despite my placing only one order. Neither order has been delivered. Delivery updates show one package moving from Chicago to New York -- the delivery address is Ohio. The company asks for patience instead of pressing its carrier.
Buyer beware.

UPDATE August 10,2026: I am adjusting my rating for Bright Footwear. I am still frustrated with the lack of transparency on shipping origin (China). I can say they emailed responses to my inquiries quickly. They eventually opened an investigation into my order and confirmed the package was lost in shipping. They refunded me in full quickly, with no problems. Because of their communication responses, I would like to order from them again, but don’t feel I can trust the shipping process.

I wish I had read these reviews before ordering. It has been a month since I ordered and no shoes. Communication from the company says they can’t control the customs process (tracking is at 3 weeks so far in customs). That was the first time I realized they shipped from China. I would never have ordered had I realized this from the beginning. I’m giving it one more week and then requesting a chargeback on my credit card.

The shoes were too small but I ordered based on their recommendations. The response time by email was good. Costs too much to return to China and they charge a lot to ship replacements.

Before purchasing be sure you don't want a full refund if you may need to return the shoes.

To get your refund you will need to ship the shoes to the company's warehouse in China and not the US location they shipped it from to you. You're responsible for custom duties, international shipping fees, taxes and fees that will be incurred.

So far I have had many email conversations with the people at Bright Footwear, none have been productive. The shoes were delivered, to where no one knows. Bright Footwear tells me to get a “Lost Claim Certificate” from the Post Office, they tell me there is no such form.
So I paid for shoes I didn’t receive. They say they need a form that doesn’t exist. Any ideas of what I should do?

These shoes are nothing but glorified water shoes. The shoe does not give your toe enough room to spread out and feel the ground. When I opened my package I knew I was going to return them right away. Only to find out they're in China and you have to pay the return shipping fee and you have to do it within 14 days. The return shipping fee to China is way more than what you pay for the shoes. Stay away from these shoes and this company.

This company is on the edge of being a scam. I ordered 2 pairs of shoes and a pair of insoles. it took 3 weeks to receive the shoes, and I still haven't received the insoles, because they don't make this clear-they ship from China. Also, after a back and forth with their customer service, they have apparently blocked me from leaving a review on their website. By the way-they pay customers for reviews! So, any review with a photo-the reviewer got a refund on their purchase. They are not legit reviews. I will not purchase again-the shoes were too narrow to be true barefoot shoes anyway-and the insoles...how would I know, they haven't arrived yet.

Delivering the product would be a good start. I have been waiting a month. They are less than truthful too. They said the items were in stock. Then they shipped them out, but they are now stuck in another warehouse because of customs. The timeline does not make sense.

This company is a ripoff. They say 'free exchanges' but what they don't tell you is it's not free at all. It will cost you at least $40 to do a simple exchange. Also it took me a month to get them because I didn't know they were coming from China. Don't buy from them.

The shipment took three weeks. No tracking number was provided. No status updates during the three weeks. Return policy is terrible. All shipping costs including printing the return label are the customer’s responsibility. Customer service when you call is despicable. I will never again fall for the trap of buy one pair get one free. It’s not worth it. Much better shoes and experience elsewhere.
