Bright Footwear Arvostelua 

The footwear is comfortable so far. I am on my feet for nearly 8 hours a day and the first week was pretty good. I had to get used to the different height of the sole. The only downfall was the shipping and not knowing where they were until they were delivered.

Slow delivery was my only complaint. I ordered 2 pairs of shoes and it took 3 weeks for delivery. I am very pleased with the shoes. They are very lightweight and easy to put on and secure without having to tie laces. The toe box is wide and comfortable and the shoes have adequate grip. I got caught in a rainstorm and the shoes did not slip on the sidewalk or asphalt.

The shoes took a while to get here, but they were so worth the wait. These shoes have changed my ability to move about my life.I have severe back problems and these shoes are the only ones I can wear. 5 stars is not enough.

I really enjoy the shoes and liked them the moment I tried them on. The only thing that kept me from giving a 5 star review was that the shipping process seemed long and I was unable to track my package with the link that I received.

We really like our new shoes and find them extremely comfortable, though my EU size for these shoes ended up being one size bigger than my EU size for Birkenstocks. The shipping is REALLY slow and I checked a couple times to see if this was all a scam since it took so long and communication and tracking weren’t transparent. Those are the two things I would recommend improving: shipping times and transparent communication.

I had been looking for footwear that let my feet "feel" the surface I was walking on. Other shoes kept me too far off the surface and influenced my balance - often detrimentally.
My new Bright shoes correct that unstable condition and allow my whole foot to operate naturally and in full space. And in comfort.

I love these shoes. Comfortable and dressy to wear with slacks or jeans.

I've bought 2 pairs of Motion Max - Non-Slip Barefoot Shoes for Men & Women (BOGO), and after I put them on and walked around in them for a few days, I really love them. They are very comfortable, light and and they are very easy to put on and take off. But before I had the chance to enjoy them, I had to contact Bright Footwear customer service because my original shipment was stallen after it was delivered to my door (I'm glad that I've bought Bright Footwear Shipping Protection). I am grateful to them for their understanding and real customer care in our email communication (Thank you Jessie!), and for promptness replacement of my order and a quick delivery. I would recommend Motion Max - Non-Slip Barefoot Shoes for Men & Women (BOGO) from Bright Footwear!

I love the shoes. They are cute and very comfortable. I think I may add an insert for my heel pads. Overall, pleased except for the arrival time. Shipping was a little long.

I recently ordered a pr of shoes from Bright Footwear and ordered a size to small. Instead of returning the shoes and exchange them, Bright Footwear made me an offer that I couldn't refuse. I give the wrong size shoes to my daughter and the correct size shoes are being shipped to me. Great company to work with, ordering is fast and easy, and the customer service is great!

The purchasing of the shoes was uneventful, But what made this experience exceptional was the post delivery email checking if I'd recieved the shoes.
The shoes are comfortable, fit well. The white ones are prettier than I was expecting.

The return policy is not clearly stated on the website. It will cost you as much as a pair of the shoes to return any you order (restocking fees + shipping) and the company will 'offer' to send an additional pair, letting you keep the first pair(s), if you pay for 'premium shipping'. I will not do business with them again.

I ordered this product on June 22 and still have not received my order. After the first month of going back and forth with customer service they sent out a new pair. A month later I am still having the same issues.

These shoes are shipped from China. They "kindly" offered me a replacement pair. Now they are offering a small gesture of 15% off my next pair. Next pair?! I haven't even received the product to rate them. Why would I ever order another pair when I can't even get my first order?

They will NOT give refunds. I would be very careful ordering from this business.

I finally received my order shipped from China. They are cheap water shoes with an annoying metal ball under your heal. I asked for a refund, as they promote a 30 day money back guarantee BUT you have to pay a restocking fee in order to return them.

This company IS NOT AMERICAN as they claim and everything they promote is a scam. False advertising. If you want a headache go ahead and over.

These shoes are the most comfortable pair of shoes I've ever worn in my life! I was skeptical at first but as soon as I got them and put them on, I knew that I made a good choice. I like them so much I ordered 3 more pairs so I will never be without them. I also convinced my husband, who is a huge skeptic, to try some. I ordered him a pair and I'm excited to see how he likes them. I rarely write reviews because most of the time products are what I expected and are good but not worth raving over. These shoes are absolutely worth trying and I tell everyone how great they are.

I love my shoes. The first pair that were sent got lost in customs in Los Angeles and the staff opening investigation and sent me a new order which arrived today they were really polite and helpful and professional.

Drop shipments from China. The website is designed to trick you into thinking everything is USA. Awful shipping, horrible customer service. They make their money in restocking fees. These are $10 Chinese plastic shoes.

I am 79 years old and over the last few years I have experienced foot, knee and hip pain. I recently started PT and the Physical Therapist recommended Bright Footwear which is what he wears. It has only been a couple of weeks but I feel the difference and recommend them with no hesitation.

I bought these shoes because I thought they were made in the USA but after they had not arrived, 2 weeks later, I discovered they were made and shipped from China. After a MONTH, they finally arrived, by then I had found another pair of shoes but I was not allowed to cancel my order. After they arrived I was told I had to pay $8.50 for EACH pair and $4.75 PER accessory (so much for their advertised "Free 30 day refund." All in all I feel like I was scammed from this company. I found their advertising misleading and I will try to let as many people know, as possible, so they do not also have to deal with the run around.

I broke several bones from my knee all the way down including My tibia, heel and ankle. So needless to say I have a rod in my tibia and plates and pins in my heel and ankle. I am usually barefoot in the summer but going barefoot wasn't good enough to help with my recovery so I ordered these barefoot shoes. I just got them yesterday and they have made a world of difference. The customer service was exceptional as I was waiting for there arrival. I put them on and could tell the difference immediately. I am actually walking somewhat normal with a cane instead of a walker. There is just enough support without being too tight which was the problem with my other shoes (when I could even get them on). Plus when your foot is swollen these shoes are so easy to get into. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you.
