More deceptive ads. Sorry not necessarily deceptive, but well worded. Let’s call it a lie by omission. FOB China so maybe just maybe 5-10 business days after shipping. Customs delays, delays after customs release, you know the drill. If these show up better than $10 coolie shoes from the 80’s I will be impressed.

I purchased the BOGO offer for the barefoot shoes. They are wonderful! The shipping was longer than expected but Bright Footwear sent an email apologizing for the delay. I believe their products are shipped from Japan.

I found these shoes online and ordered them quickly, for me anyway. My size was originally out of stock. They located some pretty fast and sent them. My only complaint is that it took 2 weeks to get them. I love how they fit and my feet aren't quite as sore when I get out of my 10 hour shift. I think im walking better too.

I was super excited about my shoes coming. The tracking system was not very helpful. They came and I'm happy..my feet are happy!!!

I ordered 1 pair of shoes but there was a confirm purchase button for a second pair at a discount that I clicked on so I got billed for two pairs of shoes. I emailed them immediately stating I only wanted one pair but was told it was too late to cancel as order was processed. Very bad customer service. Then I received several emails that my shipment was being delayed. I am totally unhappy about the whole experience and just want my order canceled. I need to dispute charges with my credit card company as this is predatory practice by not letting customer cancel order right after placing order and then adding insult to injury by getting billed for two shoes when I only wanted one.

Be cautious with this site as they are unforgiving if you click on confirm buttons for other offers as this happens right after the billing information is entered and you will get billed for something that you didn't want. Also it will take weeks before even getting your product as I found out from other reviews. Buyer beware.

Horrible. Shoes too tight. Poor customer service. Wanted to charge restock fee. Run away & try peak if you want this type of shoe…

Run, don't walk away from this company. They were slow to send their products. When I got them, they are small for their size and won't fit. I contacted them for a return (supposed to be free returns). Now they want me to pay $14.95 (each pair) for ones that fit and I can keep the undersized ones. Or I can pay to have them shipped back, pay a restocking fee AND $4.75 accessories fee.

This is my 2nd pair of Bright Footwear. I've been satisfied with both pair. I'm comparing them with another brand I've purchased, and I can't decide if one is better than the other. No regrets. Expect about a month for delivery. I had the same experience with the other brand.

I love the shoes, they run a little small in sizing. Should've ordered a half size up.

These shoes are far more comfortable than any other shoes I own. I love the quality and the fit.Particularly for my wide foot.

Very disappointed with this company. I called and explained that I had a narrow foot and customer service said no problem I would be happy with shoes and could return if not. It took forever for shoes to arrive. When they did they were like clown shoes on my feet they were so wide at toe area. To return I was charged $8.50 per pair (2) plus shipping. A total ripoff.

These shoes are sturdy yet extremely comfortable. Lightweight and I can wear them all day without any issues. They aew supposed to be waterproof, so looking forward to testing that out.

I love the wide toe box..and my balance has definitely improved. The shoes are definitely comfortable and even my podiatrist gave them the thumbs up. She did, however, caution that sometimes the metatarsals can become sore because of the lack of extra cushioning in that area. I haven't had that problem. So, thumbs up to you all

I'll start with the positive: These shoes are surprisingly comfortable given the relatively flat design. I can wear them outside and around the house and my feet are very happy. I decided to try them because I recently had a total knee replacement and I am concerned about balance. My balance is much better and I find walking up and down inclines much easier. My only issue is that I can feel uneven or bumpy in the road. I may try putting in an additional insert and see if that helps.

It took longer than expected to receive the shoes--over 2 weeks. This is longer than it takes for me to receive most packages that are mailed in the US. I wondered if they came from China, which I was trying to avoid because of the long delivery time.

Other than that, I am happy with the shoes.

The shoes are awesome.. not real sure that I got the insoles done correctly. Need some kind of instructions for that part. But the shipping took a very long time!!

After researching barefoot shoes, the motion max came up as affordable and long lasting. I ordered two pairs July 4. After one week, they had not arrived. I contacted Bright Footwear and they were able to determine where and why the delay. Customer service was quick. The exercises and tips to adjusting to the shoes are helpful. Despite the advice that it can take up to 90 days to completely adjust to the shoes, they only offer a 30day guarantee. So far the shoes have been comfortable and breathable. The wear and tear are normal for the use. I am pleased with the first week of using them.

I have neuropathy from chemo in my feet. I was often unable to be steady upon standing. These shoes have really helped with my problems. I decided to order a second pair but ordered the wrong size. The exchange process was very prompt with the Bright Footwear customer communications. I am just waiting for their arrival as they have been shipped.

The shoes are comfortable and they fit well. I love the colors and varieties of shoes. Customer service is very helpful and courteous.

I bought 2 pair 1 for me, 1 for my wife All is great, shipping, price, quality, fit, feel.... etc. We have only had them a few weeks and my wife wears hers more often than I.
