Good products at good prices, especially when Brickell offers at least 30% off as an incentive to new or returning customers to purchase! However, It would be better if free shipping could be provided at a lower order price than $99.00 requred now.

First off, the products are great, but more importantly, the staff is even better. Every product has detailed information on anything you could think of, which eases the pain of trying to choose.

I have been using Brickell products for years. The consistent high quality of each product is evident in the results. You will not find a better product line anywhere else.

There are too many sample items in their introductory box that I will never use. Most of them are one time use because of their size and they cannot be used again. Suggest that they limit the introductory box to their top 4-5 items and make them a larger size. Based on what I received I cannot recommend buying any.

I've only been using the product for a couple weeks now. So far, I don't see any results. But company info does say it may take a few weeks before results appear.

The one thing I definitely do not like, is that "usage directions" is vague. There are multiple Brickell products. But there's very little info on how to use each product, which order, which ones can be used together, how much to use, etc. How to videos would be nice.

The products have helped with irritation i was experiencing.
