I have been a loyal customer of Brickell for several years. I have purchased many of their products including items such as eye cream, eye serum, retinol serum retinol cream and so on. Each product has performed exactly as described. I appreciate that their products have a more limited ingredient list, as what we place on our face should be an important consideration in the products we purchase. My items have always arrived packaged well and delivered with prompt delivery service.

Terrible customer service they would not allow refund and cancellation when it hasnt been a day since i bought oaid 20$ for shipping not going to get that back for a service i did NOT SUBSCIRBE TO don’t be scammed

Great product selection, priced appropriately. Love the eye restore cream and facial moisturizer. Waiting for my body wash and expect it to be of high quality like the other products I've tried. Keep up the great products and new development. You've got a repeat customer and my friends and family are getting on board as well!

I haven't tried one product that didn't do as described. The intro kit was a great deal and absolutely genius marketing- you've yourself a new loyal customer. All natural to boot?!

A bad company that won't cancel the order.

Yes, I really like these products a lot. I have noticed a difference in my skin; I've been using them for a month. It's fun to finally care about and invest in my skin. My favorite product is the Revitalizing Anti-Aging Cream. It smooths and moisturizes but isn't oily or heavy.

The products are amazing and so is Jackie in customer service. The USPS claimed they had delivered my package but I never received it. Jackie had my order shipped out immediately and I received my order within days of filing the claim. Great company!!

The products that I have received from this company have been the best! Shipping is fast and you can really see the results from using them. One of my favorites, (so far), is the facial scrub. It leaves your face, smooth and feeling clean. A little bit goes a long way. If you're on the fence, try something, you won't be sorry!

I think the products are amazing but however, the customer service is horrible. I had $111 taken out of my account when I tried to stop the order. I was told that it was too late. It still hadn’t shipped. I’ve got no help as much as I love the products. I’m not using the service again.

So far, less than a 2 weeks into the routine, everything is compatible with my skin. I think I am seeing early promising results too. However, since I get bugged by these product lines to leave a review before I have a chance to actually try the product, I am leaving a 3 star review for a few reasons. 1. How to apply the product is confusing. They tried, but the paperwork is unclear. 2. Discounts don't stack. I saved my first purchase code because I had already bought a cheap trail kit. Can't use that code now that I have already ordered! Come on! 3. I have not had enough time with the products to know if this is good or bad. If it works out I will come back and improve my rating. Right now I am compatible but undecided. I have already ordered three times, so anyone who wants to know. I am currently a paying customer as of 4/28/26. More to come. If Brickell would honor the discounts they have shown me it would be a 4 star rating here.

Not only are they quality products, but the support line (changing shipping info, advise on what products was top notch).

Just joined couple of weeks ago and I’m very happy with the subscription service I’ve received so far.

First of all their customer service has been excellent. I’ve had several email chats and they were all handled professionally, courteously, and expeditiously. Secondly I’ve used a few of their products but the main one I’ll describe is the body wash for men. I use the Tropical Teakwood scent. It’s a pleasant scent and I throughly love the wash. It leaves my skin feeling clean and refreshed without a soapy residue like most. It cost more than most, let’s be honest but to me it’s worth every extra penny. I’ll return especially for this body wash. I’m hoping to try the shampoo next. Thinning hair is an issue for me and I want to see if over time that shampoo helps.

Upon checkout, I didn’t receive any sort of confirmation of my new customer benefits so I tried to call their customer service number during business hours. Apparently they are short staffed and cannot take calls. I then sent them an email explaining that I did not get the new customer benefits and that was over 1 week ago. I’ve heard nothing. No matter what their product is like, this company seems poorly run. Be careful if you have a question or need to return something. I was and still very disappointed.

I love the products. The only problem is figuring out what new products to try to grow my collection.
