Breathe With Ease Arvostelua 

Nicole is so good! The silent disco yoga last night at the Gun Brewery was fun, emotional, upbeat, great exercise and I couldn't stop moving and smiling.

I'm just back from Nicole's Ibiza Connections retreat and what a wonderful 5 days it was. I knew there'd be yoga and meditation. I wanted to switch off, relax, and spend time in a beautiful, warm location which is definitely what I got, but also it was more than I could have imagined - from the people, the amazing venue, location and the thoughtful and carefully put together itinerary by Nicole and Matthew, who were such incredible hosts, while not forgetting the food and fun we had along the way! I have returned back home feeling like a brand new version of me and with some amazing memories and also more awareness and knowledge of how to slow down in a very busy world.

I love Nicole’s yoga sessions, she perfectly balances breath work, meditation and flows. The environment is always so welcoming, relaxing and warm, especially when joining solo.

Had a wonderful time this morning with Nicole at Gun Brewery… it was perfect weather for our outdoor yoga practice. Nicole’s knowledge and calming presence really helps you to make the most of your time with her. A thoroughly relaxing and mindfulness experience that I will definitely do again. Thank you

I have been a member for 3 months now and absolutely love it! At first it definitely took me some time to add it into weekly life but now I am in a routine I will do at least 2-3 sessions a week. I love that they are grouped in time (10/20/30/40 minutes) as it’s easy for me to choose from how long I have. I love the weekly check in Nicole does, it’s just a little prompt to remember to go on and pick a yoga or meditation for the day. I really struggle to find in person classes that I really enjoy and feel a good energy from, and feel it’s worth going and since moving have struggled to find anything in person but for me this is even better - I love the energy that Nicole has, and the different yogas and meditations I get to try with the online membership and I get to enjoy this in my living room, my dogs surrounding me and a incense stick burning - bliss! Thank you Nicole for creating a beautiful community!

Absolutely love the online yoga videos. Nicole has a lovely calm and clear way of teaching and there is a good selection of practices from short 10 minutes to 40 minutes. I have found it much easier to develop some consistency as it is doable and also affordable. Thanks Nicole!

I’m a member of Nicole’s Breathe With Ease online platform and it’s changed my approach to taking time for myself and ensuring some mindful activity gets done. Nicole asks regularly what we each need to have the week that we want and then suggests the best session for my needs which she sends straight to my WhatsApp. The platform is easy to access and offers short and long sessions that I can fit into my daily routine. It offers me something to look forward to that I feel rested after.
To say nothing of the welcoming and supportive nature of the other online members I feel community with. Thank you Nicole x

Having never done a silent disco before, I wasn’t quite sure what to expect with a silent Yoga disco… But wow, I was in for a treat! I was warmly welcomed by Nicole and yoga mat and headphones are provided. I loved doing Yoga outside with funky music, beautiful views and finished off with a beautiful sunset; it really was quite a special experience. Being able to stroll over to the Gun Brewery for a glass of wine afterwards was the icing on the cake.Highly recommend!

We had the full experience of weather - thunder, lightning, Rain, Sunshine ☀️ which just added to the electric group atmosphere and fantastic Flow Yoga and great tunes ⚡️

I did the silent yoga last night at the Gun brewery. It was lovely what a great experience. I was not sure what to expect but it was perfect. The view is amazing the vibe is lovely. Really fun and relaxing and the time went very quickly. Lovely experience thank you

Fantastic, one of my favourite things to do of an evening, or anytime for that matter.
Nicole is brilliant, a great fusion of Yoga and dance with the best music. Headphones are great and provide good sound, giving you the opportunity to get right inside yourself if you so wish.
The feel-good factor after is also flipping great!
So good in fact, I almost don't want to write this for fear of not being able to book a space in future.

First time and certainly not the last! So wonderful tonight on Seaford Beach with Nicole and thirty odd likeminded women. She talked us through warm up, cool down, with yoga, breathing and dance in between, whilst groovy music pulsed through our head phones. A bit of everything! Such fun 🤩 Thank you Nicole 💕

Nicole is so welcoming, giving everyone the opportunity to relax and be free on the mat through her combination and love of music and yoga. No judgement, just pure joy, a wonderful event. I heard about Breathe with ease on instagram and followed for months. I decided to join the silent disco event on the 25th of April- at Seaford Beach - but this wasn’t any other silent disco, this involved dance and yoga!! The atmosphere was amazing, so alternative, fun, magical with such a gorgeous vibe and a beautiful sunset!! I’ll be back again in June 2026! 🤗🙏🏻😎
