I’m a recent graduate and was struggling with getting replies from jobs - I came across Break Into Tech and it helped me gain insightful information about tech sales, the roles, how to position myself and steps to take to ensure companies would reply to me. They helped me with my CV and LinkedIn too. This led to recruiters reaching out to me as well as jobs I was applying to - I ended up doing many interviews and landed an SDR role in edtech with a total salary package of £45k. I would recommend if you’re a recent graduate wanting to get into tech sales or anyone who wants to make a career switch.

I want to make this review as clear and concise as possible. So firstly, to elucidate, if you truly see yourself working in this industry and are contemplating whether you should join this course, my simple answer: yes.

The structure, support, accessibility to knowledge and coaching hands down makes it the recipe you need for success.

I am within the 18-21 age bracket and upon joining BreakIntoTech I had just graduated university. I had no prior sales experience and was working part time at a chemist whilst nurturing some entrepreneurial ventures.

Before, encountering Lara’s TikTok page I was unaware of the structure and opportunities within the Tech sales industry. After further research, I was able to see alignment between me and the industry. And had decided that joining BIT would be the best decision due to the abundance of information and guidance they would be able to provide.

It is also worth noting that the process to gaining a space on the course also really enticed me as they are also looking to qualify you and ensure you are a right fit. That quality of not accepting anyone who is willing to pay speaks volumes to the type of course this is.

To land my role it took me 9 weeks, and I landed a BDR role at an American SaaS company in London. What really stood out to me is the interview results I gained after following the LinkedIn and CV optimisation modules.

BreakIntoTech has revised and tested methods for each step within the job hunting process. In addition to that, allow the: frequent Q&A calls, WhatsApp community providing around the clock advice, personal branding and mindset work to act as further factors of reassurance and encouragement to join.

With all that being said I would definitely recommend this course to others, especially if you are willing to truly optimise all the resources provided. If you are serious about breaking into tech this is 100% the best move!

I could not have enough amazing things to say about this program! I’m currently 27 years old and wanted to pivot into tech sales from recruitment but had no idea where to start. I have landed a tech sales job!

After 3 months (honestly felt like 6 but realised is started 21st Feb and got my offer on 26th May), I’ve landed a role as a BDE @ a fintech company so it’s a step above SDR but first time the company is offering an entry level role most have 10yrs+ B2B experience whereas I only have 1yr B2C so a lot of work needs to be done for me to make sure I outperform and over exceed their expectations and kpi’s but I am grateful as this new environment will force me to grow and develop enterprise sales skills.

Really good program if you’re serious about breaking into tech sales. It gives you a clear step-by-step system—CV, LinkedIn, outreach, and daily actions. The CV and outreach strategies alone helped me start getting responses and interviews quickly. Definitely worth it if you’re willing to put in the work. I was able to land a role within 8 weeks of joining.

I entered the BIT programme at 28 years old after working in psychology. My career progression was slow, and I felt underpaid for the experience and qualities I had.

I joined BIT because I wanted to start a career where salary and progression were a priority. I had experience landing interviews prior to this, but they were infrequent, and I struggled to reach the point where I would receive an offer. The course was incredible: daily Q&As, an extensive offline programme detailing everything you need to know, access to tutors, and more—especially guidance on how to succeed in the role after landing a job. They really helped me navigate the path to being successful in obtaining interviews and performing well in them too.

I would highly recommend this to anyone considering it, and I look back on that difficult initial decision to join with absolute confidence that it was the right choice.

I’m 22 and recently landed a role in tech sales after completing the Break Into Tech Accelerator.

I’m in my early 20s and come from an engineering background, but I didn’t have any real experience in tech sales. I knew I wanted to move into a more commercial role with better earning potential, but I had no clear idea how to break into the industry.

Hi all, name is Hassan and I’m 25 and like most other recent grads, I’ve spent the last year and a half searching for a job like far too many other people.

I thought I’d done everything right, gone to top unis (LSE anthropology and law, UCL immersive storytelling) with good grades and then trying to make it in the tech space as a developer. Unfortunately, there’s just not a lot happening on the technical development side for people trying to break in. I went to every networking event I could find, invested capital into networking communities too, applied to countless jobs and typed the words coffee chat more times than I care to admit and just nothing happened, even with me getting an internship with the NHS in building them a clinical training programme with VR and AI 🤷‍♂️

I had the right skills on paper, technical and academic, but something was still misssing. This was where joining BIT was transformative. Suggested to me by one of my networking communities, I suddenly signed up for tech sales, something I had a bit of experience of sure but had never considered the actual selling part as a viable career on it’s own before.

When I joined I was still skeptical about the course as well as the industry, but seeing how much knowledge I had access to was a game changer. Everything is categorised in modules, a dummy’s guide even as it was all explained so comprehensively and well. I learnt how to ATS optimise my LinkedIn and CV to start getting interviews, how to actually prepare for the job already (to ace the interviews) as well as a clear breakdown of every stage of interview and likely questions asked and how to prepare. Not to even mention the supportive gcs and regular calls to get questions answered and my material reviewed.

It took me 3-4 weeks to get maybe 15 interviews total including in person ones and assessment days and I’ve now accepted an offer to start at Babri Legal as an SDR. While the salary is a little lower than average at £30 K + OTE, BIT taught me to take a chance on myself and have the humility and insight to recognise that for my long term future, securing a role where the environment for my ramp period (becoming an SDR/BDR from scratch) is excellent, supportive and the product is actually interesting (legal and AI is my background) is the right step as I can convert this into double the salary with this stronger foundation by getting another role in just 9-12 months! This mindset and the faith Bilal,Lara and Maha had me in is perhaps the greatest gift I got from this programme.

I’m someone super reluctant to pay for anything (as George costanza said, why would I pay when if I apply myself, maybe I can get it for free) but this is one of those training programmes I have no regrets over and I owe my current and future career too. Take the leap, especially if you’re also a young grad who needs to get in the door somewhere, you won’t regret it.

The programme helped me on how to optimise my LinkedIn & CV. What was most important was learning how to position my finance and retail experience in a way to relate to a role within fintech sales.
