Disappointed that the minimum holding…

Disappointed that the minimum holding period for withdrawals is 30 days but understand the reasoning behind it. Everything else works well. Platform stability is good and I haven't had any downtime issues. Customer support responses are a bit slow sometimes though, took 8 hours on one occasion.

Lost my account in month one trying to…

Lost my account in month one trying to scalp FX pairs. They offered a reload at half cost instead of making me restart from zero again. Most firms would've let me walk. That approach tells you something about how they value longer term trader development over quick commission extraction.

I’ve had a great experience with The Proven Trader from start to finish. The payouts have always been on time without any issues, which is something I really value. Everything has been smooth, professional, and reliable throughout my time with them. I honestly don’t have a bad thing to say about the company and would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a trustworthy trading firm. 5 stars all the way!
