Still waiting for my goods since 6th December and no help from customer service

No response from my two emails to customer service that I have sent a week apart to request assistance with my order to Oz which has been sitting with Royal Mail and not despatched since December 6th. When you purchase AU $200 of goods and pay an additional fee for international postage I would expect to receive my items in a timely manner and a response regarding my order. I should have read the reviews before I ordered. Even if I was to receive my goods I’m now outside the return period Really disappointing. Definitely do not recommend.

Very bad customer service.

Very bad customer service.
One month i am waiting for my order , they didn’t answer my calls and emails .
They don’t have 1% of customer care !
I give them 50 pounds for express shipping but I didn’t receive my order until now

Always come back

I love this brand. Have for many years. Own many items! Great sales too! But however this time I bought a pair of trackies and I love them but the thread on the waistband as come out already! Little disappointed because I love them and haven’t washed them yet. But hopefully my Nans sewing skills will do lovely if needed 😊

Excellent customer service

My order showed up within a day of me placing it. No hassles, no delays. I've been a fan of BOY London for years, and I am pleased to report that they have lost nothing in the way of quality *and* style.

Web site is very user friendly.

Web site is very user friendly.
My order was deliver in a timely manner and I was getting updates regarding my order via email.
I loved the package ( the one delivered via DHL)- I found it quite stylish.

The items ordered are matching description on the site and fully met my expectations.

This company does not honour its deals

Purchased items of their website. Money had even left my account. They then cancelled the order because they realised they had listed the price incorrectly and said I can repurchase at a higher price. Disgusting service showing that Boy London has no honour.
