Disappointing

Placed 2 orders early Feb, still nothing. Customer service is a joke… they don’t reply to my emails. I called them because my parcels were supposed to be delivered in 2-4 days, a week later parcels weren't even shipped. They only shipped them when I called. Still nothing…

I'm very disappointed because I purchased a winter hat in January, and now it's March and it still hasn't delivered to me. Every seven days you send me email to inform me that delivery is postponed for another seven days. Winter is almost over and I still don't have a cap I suppose to wear on cold days. I'm not someone who write negative reviews but this time I'm really disappointed. I have planned to purchase another items from your site (as I earlier do) but after this experience I probably won't to.

Bought a rather expensive jacket in December 2022 and by January 2023 seams and stitching were coming undone. We emailed them asking what we should do and how they could assist and to date no response from them. This is utterly unacceptable and to me very poor customer service

Shipping to ireland, 3 orders paid €150 extra on vat & charges; too much to pay

I just fell in love with this brand. I like a quality and design. Love it.

Blame to the Pet Shop Boys, I have been a customer since 1988. It's been ages since my last shopping but I realized, recently, you might be on the web. So after all that, I have become, again, your customer. The range is wide, but you keep the old designs alive and that's, to me, the top thing. Shame of the delays because of the Post issues you and I have been experiencing lately but, again, it is a proof of your care, the feedback you provide regarding the delays. The shopping process is easy and I'll look forward to keep on shoping a long time on the future

Extremely bad. Orders still did not come, customer support never replied to any of my emails, facebook or instagram messages, and those orders were placed and paid for more than three weeks ago.

I order a jumper in XL. A week later I was told that my package had been sent. A week later I was told that they didn't have my size and that I had bought something out of thin air. They accept my money, notify me that the package has been sent, when it has not.

I placed two orders more than 10 days ago, paid for them and got the order confirmation email, but since then - radio silence. I reached out to their customer support email, instagram inbox and also facebook messenger politely asking for an update for the orders, but nobody replied. I don’t know where else to try to contact them. Extremely dissatisfied and disappointed.

Logo colour requested was pink but as soon as I have opened the package it seemed red. A bit disappointed but overall quality is good
