yes, The Thorn
yes, everything was easy from purchasing the tickets to the delivery. The reminder was most appreciated on the day of the event, and the tickets appeared as promised.

Insurance offered was a scam
We had purchased the travel protection option just in case. We were unable to attend the event due to illness. We got no refund, were not allowed to try and sell the tickets per Box Office Ticket Sales, and never received any contact info on the “insurance” we paid extra for to try and obtain a refund. Will never purchase tickets through Box Office Ticket Sales again.

purchasing from a resale marketplace often times means paying more than face value
I feel like I was ripped off
I feel like I was ripped off. I was led to believe that I was buying tickets through the Flynn box office. It looked as though the only available seats were right at the back. And they were way overpriced. I will be much more careful in future and will advise my friends to do so too.

our website is a resale marketplace and every page of our website very clearly displays that we are not a venue team or artist. prices are often sold above face value when buying on the secondary market

Well being from CALIFORNIA
Well being from CALIFORNIA.
It was totally amazing.
I found it a little hard to maneuver thru the emails and text at 80 yrs old.
But when we went to the main building to get checked in the young man was very helpful.
And made our entrance a very simple thing.
Compliments to all of the event staff.
Buying our tickets was very easy but then things got a little confusing
But it all worked out fine.
Thank R AND K SOCAL

Gene Simmons band rocks
Booking process and email follow up worked great. No issues at the venue, scanned, marked and found our seats with no issues. Seating sections were clearly marked as were the seats if people bothered to read the signs at the entrance. Sound was set very nicely inside the venue, terrific for rock and roll. Great show, Gene rocks for 77!
