I will not be going through a ticket…
I will not be going through a ticket broker again.
I wanted to transfer my tickets, and was told it was only a 'mobile' ticket, so........I could not print it out.
I ended up transferring the tickets to someone else, but they are not on Ticketmaster and in order to get them, he had to download the app and get them that way?? Plus, the extra charge for being able to do it online was not worth it to me.

The Mets game was a blast
The Mets game was a blast! 3 hours of fun with my grandson and daughter. We had to improvise who was going because the tickets were originally for my son in law as a birthday present. He had to go oot so I not only gifted the tickets to him but had to fill his spot! Sorry not sorry Justin..

I spoke with a representative from…
I spoke with a representative from Sight and Sound about these tickets. I learned that they are not legitimate and that your company has been scamming hundreds of people. Your tickets are way over market value and there are no seat numbers. I wanted the 3:30 show, not the 11:30. I did not download the tickets which were finally sent.

All tickets are guaranteed when they are purchased. All customers including this one must authorize an itemization of their purchase which includes the time of event. if the customer was sent 11:30 thats what they ordered.

Insurance offered was a scam
We had purchased the travel protection option just in case. We were unable to attend the event due to illness. We got no refund, were not allowed to try and sell the tickets per Box Office Ticket Sales, and never received any contact info on the “insurance” we paid extra for to try and obtain a refund. Will never purchase tickets through Box Office Ticket Sales again.

I feel like I was ripped off
I feel like I was ripped off. I was led to believe that I was buying tickets through the Flynn box office. It looked as though the only available seats were right at the back. And they were way overpriced. I will be much more careful in future and will advise my friends to do so too.
