We're so glad you enjoyed revisiting those familiar tunes!
Great service!
The tickets purchased were awesome. The concert was one of the best I have encountered. Foreigner is one of the best bands in the world and still at their best.

ZZ Top didn't play due to heat lightning in the area. Very, very disappointed. A backup band came on and played for about an hour. They weren't on the venue. It would seem they could had played instead of backup band. Spent a lot of money on a backup band. No more Greenfield Lake Amphitheater or ZZ Top. We could have sat a home and listen to the radio and saved a lot of money.

we can see on instagram that the venue initially evacuated the venue due to storms and lightening but allowed fans to re-enter the amphitheater and enjoy the classics of ZZ Top and not a back up band as conveyed in this review

box office ticket sales transfers tickets in accordance with a venue team or artists guidelines. regardless if tickets are purchased through us or a competitor if a venue uses AXS that is how you will need to access the event with the AXS app

Weird and unreliable
Thankfully, we were able to still attend, even though the tickets were sent in the wrong format. Overcharged for our seats. Never buying through this company again.

I went through a lot over these…
I went through a lot over these tickets. First getting through we actually were getting them from, finding where and when they’d arrive and you have to wait which we waited months and months to get them. You get them right before the game so I was never sure.
I order right from venue, my husband found this online to get the tickets and he paid $80 in fees just to get the tickets
In the end, the tickets were there when they said they would be actually a day or two earlier so it worked out fine.
I try and avoid third parties because of the fees, but if you need tickets and you’re not finding them other places, it is an option! Ordered in March for a Sept game .

Need to improve on elevator situation …
Need to improve on elevator situation , just like many other people at last night's JOURNEY concert I am disabled paid $150.00 each for 3 seats section 105 row 13 seats 6 7 and 8 the stairs were definitely really hard for myself and others with bad/injured knees and or back steps are steep and many so beware, other than the stairs oh and narrow cramped seats it is a nice venue.
