Box Office Ticket Sales Arvostelua

Ease of usage. User friendly
Great communication and updates
Overall great experience

The resale seat was listed and recognized as "great view". It really wasn't. It was the last row in the balcony. against the wall. Please vet resellers better.

overprice. better to use another services

Not again. Fees are ridiculous.

I needed an extra ticket and they reached out to me the same day I requested it. And it was on Labor Day! Very surprised they were helping people out on a holiday.

Great location! Fabulous venue. Neal Young and Willie Nelson are legends!
Disappointed with some of the audio issues. New tech guy managing levels?

Everything worked well except putting tickets in apple wallet. One ticket had a bar code, one did not. It was weird and have never had that happen.

I had to revert back to Fever app to get entry to event.

I wasn't able to attend the game last night my mom had an emergency

The tickets were for a ticketmaster event. After purchase, I could not find the $1,000 tickets so I finally called ticketmaster and it took THEM 25 minutes to find the tickets. Then they told me they cannot e-mail the tickets to me so they had to remain hidden on my phone. This is the exact reason I rarely (once every few years) have gone to concerts. I will not buy tickets online again. Period.

I miss the days of paper tickets- I don’t like having to download an app, set up an account, put in a password I hope to remember, etc.
cumbersome to share tickets with friends for independent entry. Disappointing overall.

I did not get my tickets. I was not notified to print tickets. Bought through Amazon. Amazon had no record of transaction. American Express was no help. So, over $400 lost.

Excellent customer service. By mistake when we first purchased our tickets online we accidentally clicked on the incorrect show time (right below the one we actually wanted to choose). Customer service was so very helpful getting us a refund on the incorrect show time etc etc etc. We appreciate that so very much.

From Sight and Sound (official letter). They would not accept the tickets for Sept. 16th, 2026. They said the tickets from Box Office Ticket Sellers were not from an authorized seller. We had to buy tickets there at Sight and Sound.

First, I thought I was ordering from the venue of the event. But then 'box office ticket sales' appeared on emails after my purchase. The next day I realized I did not want the tickets and asked to have my order canceled. The company line 'all sales final' was not negotiable, no leeway, no compromise. The tickets were delivered earlier than expected and I attempted to re-sell them using a different company, to no avail.

We're very much aware and informed me all I request

Everything worked out OK.

Everything worked out the from the ordering and receiving of tickets thru my phone to use. I appreciate how tickets were transfered from one company to another and to me smoothly. Thank you

The volleyball event was terrific. Venue was great. Challenges obtaining my tickets were addressed in a timely manner.

I will not be going through a ticket broker again.
I wanted to transfer my tickets, and was told it was only a 'mobile' ticket, so........I could not print it out.
I ended up transferring the tickets to someone else, but they are not on Ticketmaster and in order to get them, he had to download the app and get them that way?? Plus, the extra charge for being able to do it online was not worth it to me.
