Difficult app/didn't receive the seat tickets that I purchased
The app was not the easiest to navigate picking out seats. Once I picked my seats finally and was able to get it to go through I got an email confirming what row I would be in but did not say which seats. When I got closer to the date of the concert I got the seat tickets and they were not what I had purchased. Thankfully I think the seats we ended up with might have been a bit better but we were not notified that the tickets were going to be changed from what I had ordered. Also I ordered the tickets through Ticketmaster and thought I was ordering them directly from Ticketmaster. I had no idea that this was an outside resale company. I should've known by the price of the tickets because they were extremely higher than the original tickets. I would probably not ever use this service again and stick with Ticketmaster itself.

Except for the beautiful singing, this play was not good. Plus , the seats were too tight. At intermission we left the venue.
Well, it was just boring sans the singing. I suppose a production such as Jekyll and Hyde, is best done on the screen.

40 Fingers were great
While the concert was excellent, buying tickets from this site was a mistake. I paid over twice what I should have. I should have purchased directly from the venues website.

we don't see that our customer has contacted us since their event leading us to believe there were no issues with their tickets. we do see that our customer called in for help prior to their event requesting a refund because they had a conflict and couldn't go to the show so they are likely trying to claim there was an issue to manufacture a refund

I ordered 6 tickets for 2 shows at the tuacahn in St. George. One minute later I found out that I wasn't on Tuacahn sight. The name box office tickets messed me up. They would NOT even consider letting me out of the sale. They tickets were 21/2 marked up.
Then we didn't get the tickets until the day of the show. We were worried that we may have gotten skamed. Because of the 3 episodes I would NEVER use box office tickets again. EVER!!

Sept 27 Leonid and Friends at Newport.
The venue had a flat floor that made it difficult to see. The temporary seating was small chairs that had large people spilling over on their neighbors. Leonid and Friends put on a great show, but the acoustics were terrible. I will not return to this venue.

Prompt / Friendly customer service.
I ordered my Royals tickets an hour before first pitch not realizing ticket delivery is not instant. I called and was reassured that tickets would be delivered or refunded if not. The tickets were delivered at the start of the game and I received a call back from customer service to confirm I received them. Very impressed with my first purchase.
