Box Office Ticket Sales Arvostelua

The venue and concert were great. My only complaint is that the chairs in front of the stage were very close together where you are shoulder to shoulder with the person next to you! Other than that it was good!!

I purchased tickets to wrong venue and they weren’t willing to help me in anyway. I was told you can try and sell the tickets. I will never use them again.

The entire experience was awesome
Parking was easy and fast
The venue was small and intimate
And making everyone put their cell phones in a locked bag was nice. All venues should do this.
And of course…jack white’s performance was exactly what I hoped for!
Thank yo7

You sent me tickets for the event in Alabama instead of phila

This was a horrible experience. I live in bishopville SC and drove two hours to Charleston for the play. Because I had not received my tickets 24 hours before the event as promised I reached out to Box Office Ticket Sales and spoke to someone three times. The first two times I was informed that there was a glitch and that I would most certainly receive my tickets by 6pm via email which would have been 1 and 1/2 hours before the start of the play. By 6:15pm I still had not received the tickets and called again. After being put on hold for 10 minutes I was informed that they didn’t have the tickets and would be issuing a refund. I can’t begin to tell you how disappointed I was hearing this news especially after a 2 hour drive. I will NEVER use Bix Office Ticket Sales again.

I accidentally purchased 4 tickets on 2 different cards. I have repeatedly tried emailed to get a resolution and have heard nothing. I am going to report fraud to my credit card company.

The venue was way too big for the event. We've seen Theresa Caputo before and this show was highly disappointing. Too short, too many people and poor sight lines. Not worth the price of the tickets. Many people were restless and bored, constantly moving around for concessions.

My son loved the Disney on Ice event. Felt it was geared more to the female audience. Prices for concessions were outrageous. The $30 premium parking on ground 1 was definitely worth it. Overall enjoyable.

I wasn't able to get tickets to Tina Turner show got a rain check for future shows.

I was a little reluctant to use a 2nd/3rd party ticket sales sight, hear about too many scams. Happy to say everything went well. Purchase was seamless, was update frequently about event and obtaining tickets. Happy to say it all went off without a hitch!

Very good experience, the only thing I need to know on how to get to the website,on renting the beach chair..it was sold out on line when I get there around 1pm

I was unable to attend. I bought these tickets for my 83 year old mom who ADORES Celtic Thunder. She was recently hospitalized with heart issues and unfortunately we were unable to attend. So sad for her that she missed it.

Excellent, convenient

easy to buy tickets and receive them online. lots of options for Location of seats. price was appropriate. will use again for other events

I never got my ticket. I tried to call customer service and got disconnected immediately at least 10 times in a row. Please refund my money or I will be contacting the Nebraska Attorney General's office.

All I can say is anything to do with Disco is always awesome. The venue was great and the performers were awesome!

The Production of David was fantastic. The price Box Office charged was over the top. Could have purchased tickets for half what I paid.

Very easy to use

The show was terrific. Unfortunately, the woman I was with had mobility problems and it being the first time at this venue we had no idea what a long walk it was. There was shuttle availability from the car to the venue, but nothing back to the parking lot. My friend had a lot of trouble. Now we know.
