I purchased pre-sale of Bruno Mars concert tickets on January 2026. It went really well. Claimed my tickets, transferred in ticketmaster app, even received the QR code that can stay on Apple Wallet. Until I got a notification from the Apple Wallet days or maybe a month ago after buying the tickets that my Bruno Mars concert tickets were INVALID. Mind you, concert is in October 2nd, 2026. Therefore, I can’t find my tickets either in TicketMaster. I had the receipt order. It even appeared in ticketmaster that tickets were transferred, but when I clicked the “view my tickets”, NO UPCOMING EVENT appeared.
I won’t try again to buy from third party ticket selling.

We were refused entrance to the venue. They said we weren't in their records. Called customer service and they said they couldn't give me a refund

Client called stating he went to the box office at the venue to pick up tickets but found the box office was closed. Reviewed the order and advised that the tickets were delivered via Direct Transfer and were not designated as Will Call pickup. Advised the client that records show the tickets had already been claimed and that the ticket URL had been accessed.

We did not get our tickets transferred in time to attend the game. This left my son crying outside of the ticket/entrance--he thought he was going to the game, walked a mile to get there, and had NO tickets! They finally arrived in the 9th inning. Completely unacceptable!

we appreciate your feedback however it's not entirely accurate. our customer has left out the part where they purchased tickets nearly 50 minutes after the game had started and while unfortunate our fulfillment team could not secure tickets that late after the first pitch and our customer was refunded in full
Difficult app/didn't receive the seat tickets that I purchased
The app was not the easiest to navigate picking out seats. Once I picked my seats finally and was able to get it to go through I got an email confirming what row I would be in but did not say which seats. When I got closer to the date of the concert I got the seat tickets and they were not what I had purchased. Thankfully I think the seats we ended up with might have been a bit better but we were not notified that the tickets were going to be changed from what I had ordered. Also I ordered the tickets through Ticketmaster and thought I was ordering them directly from Ticketmaster. I had no idea that this was an outside resale company. I should've known by the price of the tickets because they were extremely higher than the original tickets. I would probably not ever use this service again and stick with Ticketmaster itself.

Except for the beautiful singing, this play was not good. Plus , the seats were too tight. At intermission we left the venue.
Well, it was just boring sans the singing. I suppose a production such as Jekyll and Hyde, is best done on the screen.

While the concert was excellent, buying tickets from this site was a mistake. I paid over twice what I should have. I should have purchased directly from the venues website.

we don't see that our customer has contacted us since their event leading us to believe there were no issues with their tickets. we do see that our customer called in for help prior to their event requesting a refund because they had a conflict and couldn't go to the show so they are likely trying to claim there was an issue to manufacture a refund
