È UNA TRUFFA

Ho fatto il mio primo (E ULTIMO!) ordine il 28/01/2025, ho ricevuto il pacco il 03/02/2025 ma mancavano 2 prodotti tra quelli ordinati e pagati.
Nonostante fosse presente all'interno del pacco una ricevuta aggiornata con i soli prodotti spediti e quindi con un prezzo totale inferiore a quello da me pagato, nessuno fa menzione dei prodotti mancanti né eventuale rimborso.
Ora invierò la mia email di richiesta rimborso alla quale già so che non riceverò riscontro perchè nelle decine di recensioni negative simili alla mia nessuno ha mai scritto di aver ricevuto alcun rimborso nemmeno dopo mesi, immagino si tratti proprio del loro modus operandi.
È UNA TRUFFA!!

Great prices

This is the 2nd time I have ordered products form them. It obviously takes some time to get to the states but it does arrive and they give you some samples. Well order again.

This is the second time I have ordered from Box of Color. I had a good experience shopping on the site. It has convenient prices. My order arrived in a timely manner. They also gave me samples of other products. I would order from this site again.

Great Products; great prices!

I’ve placed three orders and they’ve gone very well. If something is out of stock, they let me know. All ships pretty quickly considering it’s coming from overseas. I’ll continue to order from them as the prices are so good.

Excelente servicio

Los pedidos llegas en tiempo como viene en la página, son un poco más baratos que en mi país y es mi 4 compra y todo ha sido perfecto, los rembolsos a veces tardan pero sí llegan
