Acabo de recibir el pedido y todo bien, original y en perfecto estado. Tardó un mes en llegar pero es un producto que no encuentro en México y lo encontré muy barato en Box of color.

My order was shipped from Portugal by FedEx, and the shipping fee was quite reasonable, similar to what you would pay for domestic shipping. Delivery time was very good.

Delivery was hugely delayed due to events outside of boxofcolor’s hands (carrier bankruptcy) and they sent me a new package shortly after. I then received the package which was missing an item. They sent me back the missing item and also refunded it (so I got it for free in the end). They really care about customer satisfaction. I can only recommend!

Muy decepcionada.Hice el pedido centrado en una crema de Caudalie que apareció perfectamente en la cesta y sin embargo no llegó por falta de existencias. El resto eran cosas menores de relleno que podría haber conseguido en otro proveedor sin pagar gastos de envío que además han sido excesivos, como si hubiera recibido el pedido completo.No creo que vuelva a comprar. La comunicación de la incidencia a posteriori no me parece adecuada.
