Book Retreats makes finding those hard…
Book Retreats makes finding those hard to find places easy. While on a self healing journey I didn’t want to go to a top paid add resort who’s only motivation is money. I wanted to find a place whose motivation is helping others. Booking Retreats is exactly that.

This site needs a little work
First, bookretreat should have not allowed me to schedule this retreat since it was to late to meet the requiremnets for the retart (I din't know). They should know this.
Second I've not recieved my deposit and it has been more than a week.

Hi Roberto,
We’ve been trying to reach you!
We really appreciate you sharing this, it helps us keep improving.
We know booking your retreat was a big decision and we’re sorry the timing didn’t work out for the screening process. As stated at the time of booking, hosts should confirm within 24 hours, and in your case that screening couldn’t be completed in time given how close it was to the retreat start date. You’re right that there’s no clear cutoff stated in the listing for last-minute bookings and we’re fixing that with the host so it’s clear going forward.
On the deposit refund, I’ve checked and it was processed as soon as you requested it. You should have received a confirmation email with the details in your inbox. Please note that it can take 5 to 10 business days to reach your account, depending on your bank.
If you’d like to give it another go, we’d be more than happy to help you find another retreat that works for your preferred dates and plans. Just reply to our email (support@bookretreats.com) with what you’re looking for and we’ll be happy to help you explore some alternatives.
Warmly,
Laura
