automated bookin was dire
Taxi service fine but automated booking system VERY POOR.
three attempts… did not recognise my address or postcode… rang twice , finally was put through to a human who was excellent and made booking in seconds.
I was on the point of ringing another company. Always used Evo, will now NOT. be my first choice.

The driver was amazing
The driver was amazing, I hadn’t heard the instructions correctly so was unsure where to find him, however he supported me the whole time on the phone, until we were located.He was very polite, friendly and professional, very well groomed. And lovely clean vehicle. Could not fault the experience in any way.

Absolutely brilliant service both ways to and fro Airport they were on time and very friendly helpful drivers . Thankyou would certainly recommend ( sorry I was a bit ratty to the driver who picked us up from Gatwick North at stupid o clock I was very tired !!) he handled it well carried on smiling and was very courteous. Cancelled booking
Booked taxi for 1100 to train station. EVO cancelled cab at 1055 causing me to miss my train to the airport. No reason given. Very unprofessional and not reliable. Will not ever use again
