Bob's Watches Arvostelua 

It is a little unnerving walking up to a building with blacked out windows and a locked front door when you are going to shell out some cash for a nice watch. The security guard is professional and serious when he asks how he can help you. The first time, I did not have an appointment as I could not get someone on the line to make that appointment and since I was in the area, I just stopped in. Frankly I thought it was going to look like any other watch store or jewelry store. Nope. Lobby with 6 or so tables and a front desk. I was asked if I wanted any coffee or water while they found a person to help me. Soon after sitting down I was introduced to Christian and he brought out a couple of Rolex watches I wanted to look at for the wife. These were some classics, Datejust unisex from the 1980's. Exactly what the wife was looking for.

Christian took a lot of time with me explaining the process, the payment options, the warranty, how Bob's can help if the watch has any issues, etc... That was awesome.

A week later I came back with a very surprised wife and already had told them some watches I wanted to see. We met with Christian and we saw several different styles of the Datejust. The wife changed her mind a couple of times and I am glad I did not pick one out for her. Christian was pleasant and patient.

Not long after, the wife picked the one and after payment we we out of there.

Christian was great. Please ask for him if you go to the store. The receptionist was very friendly and always offered drinks. The guard was doing what he was hired to do and very professional.

Third purchase from Bob’s. Wonderful service and good value. Have long standing Rolex AD who I’ve purchased many watches over the years but some times he can’t fill the order. Bob’s has the watches in stock ready to go. Also shout out to Paul at x118. He can make it happen.

This was my second purchase from Bob's Watches. First purchase was a Tudor BB 58 Chrono and my most recent purchase was an Omega Speedmaster Moonwatch. Just as before, the watch was exactly as described, shipping was fast and efficient, the wire transfer went very smoothly, and the watch was extremely well packaged and included all of the original paperwork.

Harrison helped me with the transaction since the webpage seems to not like to complete the transaction. Each time I've purchased form Bob's I've had issues. I would complete all of the purchase/shipping information and when I attempt to complete the transaction I would get an error message saying I left out some information. That does get frustrating but a phone call to the shop gets it done.

I will buy from Bob's again in the future when I decide to get another watch.

I have been looking for a Datejust with a slate index dial, machine turned bezel, and an oyster bracelet for over 20-years without much luck. They seem to be pretty few and far between. I was given one on my honeymoon in Bermuda in 1981. Around 1990 it was lost. Last week one came up on Bob's website saying it was a silver dial but it looked like slate. After my inquiry to confirm if it was slate, it was listed as a pending sale. I emailed Paul Papapostolou and he confirmed it was spoken for. I asked if it became available to let me know but I made up my mind I had missed the boat again. This past MondayPaul advised me it was available. Being that it was my 73rd birthday the next day, I became the owner. Like prior purchases from Bob's it arrived quickly and looks like a new. It is exactly like my prior slate dial Datejust and is the same year of manufacture!! I cannot thank Paul enough for remembering to get in touch if it became available. That is the mark of a super professional. I can now leave my son a watch just like the one his mother gave me in 1981. Back then, new it was $550. It was a lot more today, but worth every penny to close the loop. If you ever come across a slate dial Datejust with May 30, 1981 engraved on the case, CALL me please!!! I am a fan of Bob's watches, and I recommend all to buy with confidence.

A very poor experience

Great company to work with. Wife already has a Rolex. I wanted a gold Rolex with diamonds to match my wedding ring. Worked with Paul to find the perfect watch for me. Easy to work with. No hard sell. Price was right where I thought it should be. Will certainly use them again!!!!

I have sold and now purchased watches from Bobs. During one sale to Bobs, I was quoted a price, sent the watch in and they actually called and gave me more than they quoted because the quality was higher than they expected. That’s amazing honesty and customer service.

Just purchased a Rolex and a very fair price and actually under what most other companies were asking. Beautiful watch and extremely fast shipping. Ordered at noon and received the next day before 11am. Highly recommend Bobs and we are a lifelong customer due to the level of service they provide.

My experience with Bob's Watches' personnel was nothing less than exemplary! I initially spoke to a very courteous woman (forgot her name), who ultimately transferred me to Fernando. I could tell he was focused on answering all my questions and even went to retrieve the watch to perform a detailed inspection. I also had special instructions for delivery as a gift, and he made all of the arrangements! Great experience!

I have purchased 2 watch’s from BOB’S, a Rolex Datejust and a Cartier Santos. I couldn’t be happier. Both purchases I was able to chat with the sales team and they were great at answering all of my questions. I was extremely satisfied with the condition of both watch’s. There’s a lot of watch websites out there but I will only purchase a pre-owned luxury watch with Bob’s. I highly recommend them.
