Purchased a pre-owned 2020 Rolex “Pepsi”
I traded in a Breitling Bentley for what I thought was a fair price from Bob’s Watches appraisers, for a Rolex “Pepsi”. I dealt mostly with Christian who was very helpful keeping me informed of the progress on the appraisal and then helping me choose the right “Pepsi”. I finalized the sale on a Thursday. Christian was off that day but, without missing a beat, Eric step in and made sure everything ran smoothly. The “Pepsi” was delivered the next day via FedEx and it’s beautiful. In near perfect condition for a pre-owned watch from 2020! Thanks for the great service Christian and Eric!

To give you an idea of our process, our team of in-house Rolex experts promptly inspects all watches upon arrival, immediately after which the customer is contacted with a tentative offer. If the customer agrees to the amount, funding is processed the same day by cash, wire, or check. We hope you have heard from us with a tentative offer by now, but if not, we would love to speak with you at your earliest convenience.
Nothing like a refined and elegant experience.
We had a disappointing experience during our recent visit. The salesperson who assisted us had minimal knowledge about the Rolex we purchased or other models we inquired about. In addition, they lacked professional training and didn't present themselves in a professional manner (wrinkled shirt, tennis shoes). Moreover, their lack of punctuality was quite noticeable.
Furthermore, another customer with a scheduled appointment was left waiting for over 25 minutes before they eventually left. Witnessing this lack of consideration for other patrons' time was disappointing.
We're currently in the market for another Rolex, and I'm willing to pay an increased price to buy from another source.

This was an awesome experience! My wife of 30 years, who passed away 12 years ago, gave me an Omega Speedmaster Moonwatch for my 40th birthday in 1995. Somehow, somewhere....it was lost or stolen! Even though this is not the exact watch, its close.... Ive searched for the series from that decade to the early 2000's that I could afford. Funny story.....when she went to the jeweler to purchase it, he told her it was going to cost $1895....she (not a watch person) thought it was $18.95.....when he corrected her....she had to "consult" with me before paying $1895.00.....since it was my birthday..! This will be a family heirloom. Thank's Bobs Watches!

“Excellent Condition”
The watch arrived in a timely manner, but there were several scratches on the clasp. The watch was advertised as “excellent”. The scratches appear to more than normal wear and tear.

I had a terrific first time (but not last time!) buying experience with Bob’s. The Tudor watch was described as “Excellent“, but I would describe it as like new. It was flawless. They were kind enough to size it to my wrist, and the next day delivery was right on time. Everything about the transaction was superb.

An Excellent Experience - Five Stars! I will admit, I was a bit nervous purchasing a Rolex (Day/Date Presidential White Gold) online - but I had a fantastic experience with Bob's Watches. Excellent communication. Fantastic selection of watches. A very smooth purchase and delivery experience. Bad. Very deceptive. You only have 3 days and the watch comes with a bunch of "do not remove stickers". So basically you have to ACCORDING to them you can not remove if you wish to return. Do not buy from them!!!!!!!!!!!!!. A- hol4s make me sign up for review!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I sold my two old Rolex watches to…
I sold my two old Rolex watches to Bob's and bought a Newer Rolex for myself. Communication was great with "Max" from being to end. Had a small problem with size of wrist band, but problem solved quickly. I would recommend doing business with Bob's, and would absolutely do business with them again.

I recently purchased a Rolex Explorer…
I recently purchased a Rolex Explorer from Bob’s Watch. This was my first experience purchasing a watch online. Needless to say the watch I bought was perfect! It was exactly as photographed and described. The original box and all paperwork were included.
In addition, most impressive thing about Bob’s, and the watch expert Harrison, was the service and their extraordinarily buttoned up system. I received a shipping label moments after we spoke on the phone, I then sent my trade in watch to Bob's. They received it the next morning, examined it, and called me with a trade in value that was acceptable. My new watch was shipped that day (along with a check for the difference) and I received the Rolex Navigator before noon the following day. A great experience, and Bob's will always be first on my list.
