Great service and great time
We have been very happy with the intermediating service and that of the boat provider.
Although due to sea sickness we didn’t actually get to enjoy sailing as much as planned, we had a good time during our stay in Santa Cruz de Tenerife. The boat was tiptop and very much to our likings.
Personally we’re going to stick to the Mediterranean from now on :-), but I will promote a Canary Island sailing vacation to anyone interested.

Attention Retenue Caution
Problème au retour du bateau, retenue intégrale de caution pour 1 cable à 30€. Le responsable de la base locale me dit qu'il prendront contact sous 2 à 3 semaines pour retourner le solde de la caution.
Cela fait plus de 2 mois et aucune nouvelle.....
Le document de retour a été écrit en GREC !!!! car le responsable ne parlait anglais !!!!

Maintenant que nous sommes au courant de votre situation, Farah vous contactera pour discuter de ce problème avec vous et tenter de régler ce problème dans les plus brefs délais. Encore une fois, nous nous excusons pour la gêne occasionnée et nous resterons en contact pour vous communiquer toute mise à jour à ce sujet. Bonne journée.

Mejorable: Sin embargo, si surge un problema durante el alquiler en la que el cliente no sea el responsable, no asumen la responsabilidad como intermediario. Antes de decidir, verificar bien lo que está incluido o no en el presupuesto.
