Blue Vanilla Arvostelua 

Beautiful outfits and great prices. Bought a dress in Ireland and it fits perfectly! Everyone asks me where I bought it! I tell them blue vanilla have such fab clothes etc and at great prices!

I was upset that the store closed down locally. I like blue Vanilla as it caters for all ages and sizes. Easy to wear and yet can be dressed up or down by accessories and decent prices too. Have bought most I store but have purchased online as well

We have a local vanilla store at merry hill and when ever I go in there the staff are great and helpful and I love the choices you get in regards to clothes with vanilla and the prices are reasonable as well.

Returned items on 11th June (13 items).
On 13th June I was refunded for 2 items.
I have still not received a refund on the other 11 items.
I emailed and was asked to send the parcel tracking. That was 20 days ago and I have still not had a response despite me sending numerous emails!
Customer service is very much lacking.

I have used this website for many purchases. I usually shop on line as it’s easier and more convenient for me. Great postal service and great returns. Can’t fault it by anything. Great quality clothes it’s my favourite now. Thanks

Recently shopped at vanilla merry hill and found staff very helpful in particular Mehnaz, who put herself out to accommodate us. My wife purchased a beautiful dress from this store.

I have returned an item. It arrived unwearable. From the delivery receipt you have received it. But you have not refunded. You have also charged for delivery which is unfair as the item should never of been sent. There should have been some quality control check as the item was creased but not normal creasing it looks like it was crushed and the creases were very old. I have never experienced this level of poor service it is by far the worst item I have received from a company.

Had a few pieces from Blue Vanilla now and I’ve loved every one 🙌 great quality

Ordered a few items 19th May and still haven’t received them. Evri tracking is saying they’re still waiting for the parcel. Brought it to the attention of customer services 23rd, got a short reply later that day, sorry about that, let us know if you haven’t got the parcel by Weds. emailed again yesterday and no reply.

Contacted them twice, no reply. Paid 5.99 to get clothes delivered quickly and they have not arrived.
Worse company I have ever dealt with

Nice clothes but had a couple of bad experiences with merryhill store . Their attitude to you returning something is like you are asking for the impossible and like you shouldn't have a, refund I order to try mine in at home due to having an operation is more comfortable and when ice gone for a refund ive been quizzed and their attitude stinks they don't deserve custom with so many closing down somehing needs to be done and I think the two I saw are suoervisors AVOID won't be going there again.

Have so many gorgeous pieces from Blue Vanilla, quality is amazing! Always the best customer service too x
