Wrong item received several times and taking delivery money not responding to customer services complaints

I love how they Advertise the clothes and looks like it would fit me better because I'm tall I'm 5'8" and the tops and pants are so cute that it looks like my style it's something that I would wear too.

Good range of affordable clothing, always latest styles and quick delivery. Good customer service if you need it too.

After little misshap with pink vanilla and my items they were amazing n gave me store credit due to my bank card no longer being valid ( switched to another bank) they were great customer service and gave me store credit back which was more then actual order i will admit and this was because of the inconvenience as sadly they took a little while to reply which i wasn’t bothered by was only 24-48hrs which in my eyes is great customer service and very speedy honestly i love there clothes there gym clothes are brillliant and they are very accomadying for people that are quite tall but aren’t necessarily skinny aka me. my favourite thing is the range of colours they i love blue and can always fine stuff that i like in blue where as stuff like oh polly i have to buy white n dye it blue and the shipping is very fast and the prices are great n they always have a cheeky sale on

But became so unflattering and uncomfortable until I started shopping at pink vanilla I adore the store in Newcastle 🥹 the team there make you feel like a brand new bestie 🥹 and don’t make you feel shamed or embarrassed for what you buy or what you like 🥹😍 Love love love 💖

I’ve been into the new St Enoch’s store twice now, the first time was a good experience with all the staff being welcoming and letting us know they are there if they need anything. However, the second time I went in after it’s been opened a while, me and my friend walked in and were greeted with a completely different level of customer service. We are young girls and the woman greeting us was older, middle aged with blonde hair in a shorter pony tail. Walking in we weren’t greeted with the usual hi or even a smile , she looked us up and down in a judgemental matter and made us feel out of place and judged for walking into their shop? We quickly left as it was not a good experience at all and she said in a judgmental manner while we walked out “not find anything girls?”. I am never one to leave a bad review but the attitude on this woman was unbelievable. As someone who works in customer service, it’s harder to go out of your way to be judgmental and rude than it is to keep a high standard of customer service everyday of the week to every customer that walks in your doors. Disappointing …

Since becoming part of Boohoo brands the sizing is now all over the place - I had a pair of trousers falling down and a top I couldn't even get overy head! Then when this happens you now have to cover cost of the return! Won't purchase again now from them, robbing gyppos!

Order was never received.

Took the money from my account, accused me of doing something wrong when Evri did not deliver the parcel to the required destination.

Was spoken to in a seriously condescending manner. Will be raising this with trading standards and claiming fraudulent activity.

Stopped responding to emails once they realised they were in the wrong.

Ordered 4 items, when arrived one had a hole in the garment, another one the belt loop was broken and the final two were not that good quality. So sent these back a few weeks ago and still waiting for a refund despite numerous emails.

I love the brand the pieces they create and the prices of the items. I find it so hard to find girly pieces that make me feel good and comfortable but with pink vanilla I always seem to find my self obsessing over the way my body looks in the items

I love pink vanilla clothes and they never cease to amaze. They have clothes for every occasion at an affordable rate.
