Blue Vanilla Arvostelua

I returned everything in my order but I’m missing refund for some items. Scam! Don’t buy from here. Avoid!!

Absolutely love the trousers I received today, very prompt delivery, however they were too long and while trying to take them up by hand sewing, noticed a very nasty cut in the material that had a crude attempt at mending it. I didn’t return the item which I should have done, I wanted them for that evening, so cannot criticise Blue Vanilla as I didn’t test the return system, however they were quite expensive for what they were.

Terrible return process .
One thing I did keep was Torn on the material .. no other in stock .. more hassle than worth and poor quality material

Champagne coloured tulle midi skirt size S/M bought online. Delivery was swift and tracked. The skirt is even prettier than it looked in the photos. Lovely shimmery soft material, washes beautifully. I’m delighted!

The only negative is the returns policy for online items. You can't take items back to store, you have to return by post and pay for this.

The clothing range is good.

Lovely styles and patterns, everything fits well and The sale section is always filled with so many gorgeous treasures.

Went to blue Vanilla in Bluewater. First time and the women working there were so friendly. Showed me the dressing room where I took some outfits. The young lady told me her honest opinion on the outfits I tried on.
Ended up with the trousers and top and the price was amazing. Nice stock, clean changing rooms and lovely staff with GREAT prices. What more could you want

I’ve recently purchased my second dress from blue vanilla!! I love the quality and styles of the dress, perfect for teaching in😊

Ordered some summer dresses from Blue Vanilla this year and they all fit perfectly! Which rarely ever happens, I normally end up returning everything when shopping online. Been trying to figure out my style for the past few years and think I finally have, comfort and girly! Will definitely order some of the dresses in other colours

I attended a wedding earlier in the summer and I was admiring a guests polka dot dress. She kindly told me about BlueVanilla.com so I started following on X and looking at all the gorgeous designs on their website. I’m so happy to spread the word and I am pleased their social media presence is too. I have my eye on a stunning pleated summer dress to wear on my birthday.

Gorgeous clothes, recently bought a summer dress at New Look from the Blue Vanilla collection and it’s great quality for an excellent price! Definitely will be shopping from Blue Vanilla more in the future!

Great choice of clothes, good quality and feel fab to wear! Get lots of compliments. Will definitely recommend ☺️

Absolutely the best summer dresses! Great shape so allows you a shape!
Soft stretchy material no the shiny cheap stuff

Loved them so much I bought it in all designs true to size and so flattering!!

Absolutely fantastic clothes so many different styles to choose from for all occasions always get many compliments on the outfits that I wear. Highly recommend will continue to order again and again.

Clean bright store. The staff were engaging and helped when I asked for an opinion on the clothes I was trying on. Really good quality material on the dress I brought

Love the dresses. Only found this brand last year and purchased several dresses which have become my firm favourites. I have lost weight and loved the dresses from last year so much was able to find 2 of them in smaller sizes so reordered them so very happy. Have ordered more from this years range and can't wait to wear them on my hols this year.

Blue Vanilla is a standout destination for women’s fashion, offering a vibrant mix of style, comfort, and affordability that makes shopping a true delight. Their collection is brimming with beautiful choices, from on-trend dresses and playful jumpsuits to cozy knitwear and chic accessories—all designed to help you express your unique personality.

I purchased one top from Blue Vanilla and before I knew it, I was back for more and more. I now own so many clothing from them and still want more due to the quality and beautiful unique designs. I can most certainly say, I will be returning for more purchases.

Have been waiting for a refund since April and no response to emails about it

Purchased my third Vanilla dress. I always get lovely comments when I wear them. They are all good quality and well made.
Sizing can be a little small so I size up! Only wish they would have a deliver to store option to avoid additional costs.
